What are the major advantages to Paleo Diet Recipes?
Im so curious about these caveman diets menu. My normal food plan has helped me gain 10 pounds this year. I really need a new diet to try out soon. Paleo diet recipes seem to have everything in it so i want to know are they any great things about it. Losing weight is important to me so answer from that perspective

How can I cook chicken on a stove without using oil?
I need diet recipes, preferably Indian.
I have a non stick pan.
I want my chicken to be a bit dry.

Can you get non-stick pan spray where you live? If so, you can brown the chicken with just that sprayed on your pan, then add a little liquid (water works great) to simmer the chicken in. This works with many different types of recipes. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work with Indian ones.
