I’m 5’3 and 150 pounds. I’m really not happy with myself and i want to change my unhealthy lifestyle. What are some effective diets that help you lose weight quicker? Also, what are some really good fat burning workouts? i have insanity, but I’m not sure if it would be the best choice. If using these diets/workouts, how much weight could i lose in about 2 months?
