Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Daniel asks…

What is the best way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?

What are some good exercise/ diet tips to lose weight quickly in 2 weeks?

weight loss cardiff answers:

It’s unhealthy and less sustainable to lose more than 2 pounds a week, but if you must it will take some serious effort. Because you will be creating a calorie deficit of 35000 in 2 weeks

Eat 1400 calories, and not less a day otherwise your metabolism will decrease. Eat high protein, low calorie foods like eggs, nuts, and salmon. Become a semi-vegetarian during this time, avoiding chicken and red meat. Switch to skim milk and whole grain. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, ecspecially low calorie ones… Berries and apples, are ecspecially good for increasing metabolims.
64 oz of water a day- to make you full, and increase metabolism Calorie distribution should be Breakfast=400, Lunch=300, Dinner=300, 4 100 calorie snacks paced equally throughout the day. Don’t eat after 7 o’clock.

Exercise everyday to lose 700 calories, this may take 2+ hours, so it will take lots of dedication, I recommending exercising in two increments. Include Cardio, ab, and stength exercises to increase overall metabolism and fat burning. To increase metabolism for the rest of the day do 50 jumping jacks right after you wake up.

Your base metabolism should increase, so evan when your sitting down you’ll lose weight. But to increase your total calorie loss increase movement. Walk and run instead of driving, fidget and tap your foot while your sitting down, Take the stairs. Constantly move!

How to lose weight in 2 weekss?

Does anyone know how i can lose weight in 2 weeks? im hoping to lose at least 10 pounds quick without using diet pills, or any workout equipment? what should i be eating and how many calories? should i weigh myself everyday. i also have to deal with school during the day. any suggestions?

weight loss cardiff answers:

It’s humanly impossible to do what you want without putting your health at risk…how long did it take you to put on those pounds? 6 months? A year? And you want to lose them in how long? Get real…do exercise and eat right and you might lose them in the same amount of time it took you to put them on

Charles asks…

How to lose weight in 2 weeks?

I really wana lose weight for a school camp which is in 2 weeks?
Any ideas, tips?

weight loss cardiff answers:

1 Dietary control and exercise. It’s true what they say – all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. It’s really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didn’t need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You don’t need to read a 4,000 page book, you don’t have to buy a tape series, you don’t need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. It’s 100% true.

2 Change your lifestyle. If you’re calling this a “diet,” then you’re going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, you’re changing your habits – and you’re putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. Don’t ever tell anybody you’re on a diet – ever. I’m speaking from experience, here – a reformed low-carber. Worked out well for a while, but ultimately failed because my entire lifestyle didn’t change (permanently).

3 Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own – FatBlasters. It’s essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didn’t know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support – they know things that you couldn’t possibly know, and they’ve probably been “in your shoes” at some point in the past (or present). Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures – share them. There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.

4 Take before and after photos. I know it sucks to see yourself as a chunky monkey (sorry, that’s what I called myself – if only to get myself motivated to meet my weight loss goal). However, there’s no easier way to illustrate your progress. The “after” photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. Find yourself on Flickr! It’s good to see yourself how others see you. Do you like how you look? In many ways, Flickr helped me lose weight.

5 Hire a substitute teacher. Don’t reach for the brands you know and love immediately – or without thinking first. Eggs are “good” for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless “lower” alternatives for you to try. If something different doesn’t taste good, by all means – find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their “normal” counterparts – and they taste just as nice.

6 Start reading labels. I know it sucks, but you have to do it – and there’s no way to avoid this tip. If you don’t know what you’re putting in your mouth, you’re flying blind. Don’t assume, either – triple-check the ingredients list and serving sizes. You must rely on yourself for this; nobody else is going to be able to lose the weight or do the math for you. It’s not that complicated a task, but it will require effort. If nothing else, just pay attention to the calorie count.

7 What’s so funny about bovines? If you like cheese, you must buy the Laughing Cow brand, and keep several of the suckers in stock at all times. The individually-wrapped wedges make for excellent snacks, and are wonderful when melted over just about anything edible. I’d be careful about straight-up American cheese, though – it’s oil, but not necessarily as good for you as (say) a slice of cheddar would be. I have yet to find something as calorie-light and filling as Laughing Cow (I don’t know how they do it).

8 Tell your family. You’re not going to lose the weight alone, even if you ARE alone in losing the weight. If you’ve got a family at home, talk to them about it – initially, not incessantly. Let them know what you’re going to do, and that you want (and need) their support. If you don’t let them know, you’re running the risk of them inadvertently sabotaging your efforts. You want them to help you get to your goal(s). You want them to share in your happiness when you’ve made it past a certain mark. Who knows? Maybe some of your new habits will rub off on them and they’ll become healthier people, too?

weight loss and exercise tips for the obese?

my friend has gained over 30lbs in the last year. i too have gradually gained weight over time. she and i both are used to being smaller, not small like a size 2 or a 4 but smaller than we are now. we both have tried numerous weight loss and exercise attempts. they will work temporarily but we usually give up or fall behind due to other life obligations (school, work, family, kids etc.) we don’t believe in surgeries nor do we want to try any fad or restrictive diets. is their anyone here who has been obese and lost weight by walking?what are some easy alternatives for someone who is obese to work out and lose weight? i want positive answers from those who’ve actually done it or know someone who has. we are not looking for a easy way out because neither one of us is lazy and we know its not going to be simple but we are looking for safe, cost effective ways for an obese person to lose weight. strenuous workouts would be too dangerous for both of us because of our current weight and the gym is both intimidating and expensive.neither one of us has any real health issues but we are both predisposition to diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and cholesterol due to family history.any positive answers would be greatly appreciated.

weight loss cardiff answers:

I was overweight when I was younger. I walked everyday and lost weight that way. You don’t have to walk fast or anything. Just be sure to get your walk in everyday and possibly walk a little more as time goes on. That is something you and your friend can schedual to do together. Walking HELPS alot. Also too, a doctor once told me, when you are eating, do not eat till you are full. Just eat till you are “satisfied” and you can lose weight that way. Eatting so much at a time to where you are full makes matters worse and tends to expand the stomach more. (Also cutting out soda and drinking only water helped me)

Jenny asks…

Simple/easy weight loss tips?

So I am 6’4″ 189lb (what I weighed this morning) I want to lose 29lb, I have already lost 100lb. But I still see my self as large and feel large. Every other day I do a workout with dumbbells (all I have) and sometimes I go for walks/runs for 2 miles usually takes 12-13 minutes per mile (at 1 mile I take a break, smoke a cigarette) then go for the other mile. I mainly drink water/juice/crystal lite. I usually eat cheerios and a banana every morning and sometimes that for lunch and dinner. But some days ill go without eating anything besides a bite or 2 (to maximize a high from whatever I may be on) I can’t name everything I eat as it varies but mainly I look for low calorie foods, fresh fruit, yogurt. Cottage cheese. If I only eat the foods iv listed and start walking/running everyday (if possible, depending on weather conditions) and continue the working out every other day for about an hour through hour and a half(I know I should list the workout I do but this is already long enough) will I lose 29lbs? If so how long would it take?

weight loss cardiff answers:

First off congrats on the 100 lb weight loss. I think you need to take your workouts to another level. Just walking was fine but you need to start lifting weights with purpose and join a gym. If you do, check out this weight lifting routine below under the playlist, “my workouts”. Lean muscle will help you shed more fat away from the gym. Also, swap the cereal for plain oatmeal and eggs. You want more lean protein and lots of green veggies. These 2 components should be the main components in your diet. If you need extra tips, check out the link below for extra free dieting tips.

There is no magic formula or quick fix. I’m sorry but, what you’re asking for simply does not exist.

The best, the most effective, the safest and the only real way to lose weight is by dieting, exercising and being patient.

Joseph asks…

Exercises that I could to to lose weight fast? Diet tips?

Besides running ’cause I’m running a mile at least a day. I need to lose some pounds fast before July approaches. Any suggestions?

weight loss cardiff answers:

Green tea is one of the popular home remedies for weight loss. Drink three cups of green tea to deal with the extra weight. It is an ultimate fat burner. Green tea will help to boost your metabolism making it easier for the body to burn fat. It also helps to prevent your body from absorbing fat from the foods you are eating. Along with these you should have lots and lots of water because it has no calories at all. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal. Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself. Increase your fiber intake & Stay away from fried things.
Minimize your carbohydrate intake. Avoid rice and potatoes. Also do not consume oily and fatty substances like clarified butter, butter and sweet potato.
Exercise is extremely important in weight loss. It is necessary to indulge in mild physical activity after each meal even if you cannot make time to go to a gym. Vegetables and fruits (avoid banana and cheeku) are low calorie foods, therefore, eating more of them will help in weight loss. Do not add salt to fruits and vegetables for taste. Reduce the salt and sugar intake to the minimum.

Here’s a list of Foods NOT to eat when trying to lose weight…..
Fried foods
Candy
Toffee
Cake
Fast foods
Pasta made with white flour
Potato chips
All deserts

Exercises to lose weight fast
1. Leg Raises. Try leg raises. Lie on your back and raise both
legs at the same time. Lower them until they are about a foot
off the ground and hold it there to the count of 10. Repeat 8
times. When that gets comfortable, repeat 10, then go to 15.
These work your abdominals, especially your lower two abs.

2. Push-ups. For your arms and shoulders, do push-ups. Aim
for 25. Your goal is to do full, military style push-ups. It’s okay
if at first you start out with half style push-ups– the kind
where your knees are on the ground and you only push-up half
your body weight.

10 lbs should be your average weight loss each month if you stay within these 3 guidelines.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. Drink only water, juice, & milk..3. Walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)
