How can i lose weight fast and how far will starvation get me?

I am a girl, 5’5” and i weigh 135 pounds. im not fat but all of my family calls me fat and my parents dont tell them anything. they have taken a toll on my life and i can never feel good about myself. i just want to lose weight fast so i can prove to my parents what everyone did to me. what is the fastest and best way i can do this? and how long can i achieve it in?

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did….lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won’t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don’t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i’m going pretty well if i don’t say myself. 90 LBS isn’t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. Any good ways to naturally lose weight fast?

I’m 13 and i weigh 186 and i’m 5ft tall.. I’m trying to get into shape, and lose my body fat.. But I don’t know how to. What are some effective ways to lose weight fast ?Is there any? and is there anybody who can give me tips?

Try not to eat after 7pm. Eat fruits and vegetables as much as you can and eat a lot of soups and try to make them yourself, so they don’t contain any additives and extra fat and sugar. Also, either try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. You don’t need to sign up at a gym or anything major like that, you can just take a walk for 30 minutes or a hoola hoop at home, or a jump rope at home. Also try to limit bread and pasta intake that helps a lot, and drink a lot of water. All these things are what help me to lose weight and keep it off.

Most importantly!!!!! Don’t try restrictive and popular diets, you will most likely get off and for sure gain the weight that you had lost.

Not really. All you will do is get your heart rate up and then make it go right back down. You will need to do at least 30 minutes.

Running is better. It works the whole body. Try walking for a week before you start running. You don’t want to mess up your knees.
