I’m going to be doing a lot of running in the next year (not just to lose weight). When I do start losing weight, will my legs become huge and muscular or will they just slim down? Thanks!

Not really. All you will do is get your heart rate up and then make it go right back down. You will need to do at least 30 minutes.

Running is better. It works the whole body. Try walking for a week before you start running. You don’t want to mess up your knees.
