okay, i’m 15. i’m 5’2 in a half. 136 lbs. and kyna hippy/thick. not the nasty lookin’ thick, but it’s noticeable. i wanna lose b/c technically i’m overweight, and i really wanna be a healthy weight for my size. how can i lose it easily?

So I do not recommend you do that,

My mom is a neurologist, and the easiest way to lose weight is to make a balanced healthy ´diet´,

Don´t cut off ALL junk food, it´s bad for your body to not get sugar and things like that,

If you get craving for say, M&M´s, eat a couple, not the whole bag,
there´s also many ways you can reduce high fat foods to healthier and flavorfull meals.

Excersise is not entirely necesary, but it speeds up the lose weight, and it keeps you healthy and it shape, so you can try that too.

I know this because I myself was slightly overweight, thankfully, im now at a ´normal´ size for my height -5´6 and a half, and 142-

Losing weight isn’t easy, you have to exercise and eat right, im talking 4 to 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals 5 portions of fruits and vegetables, 8 glasses of water, and a lot of exercising. Take a walk, a jog, jump rope, ride your bicycle and join a sport. Make sure u sweat. Minimum 30 min daily. No junk food which include candy and try to reduce your sugar intake. Make sure you’re always on the move it also takes patience.

Like being a vegetarian or the vegan diet…. I’m thinking of being a vegetarian (For weight loss reasons) Also, a vegan, but I’m not sure which one to pick. I know the vegan is a lot strict though. If you wanna lose it, I strongly suggest fasting. It is a very very good way to reset your body and thinking about food. Most people have about six weeks of stores at least in their body to last on. Even just fasting on water. You don’t get hungrier and hungrier, it simply comes and goes. It’s a very good way to cleanse your body and give everything inside you a holdiay break. You also feel very good. Despite what you think you will feel, that is all misconception. I would recommend this.

The vegan diet is easy as piss to do. It’s normal food. See above. A lot of people think they’ll lose weight. And if you’re from a meat every meal mindset and have never even been out of your own comfort zone and think bread and meat and potatoes and cheese every night is normal food, then coming to the “actual” normal diet of plant foods ( human beings are creatures designed 20 thousand years ago to eat from plant fuels only) then you’ll get a shock anyway. But nobody is supposed to eat meat meat bread, cheese and more meat and potatoes anyway. So all in all, you’re merely coming back to the normal way of eating, even if you start a normal plant diet. That is how we’re designed to eat.

Eat from the field, tree, bush, shrub, vine. Everything is up for grabs. Everything that you would find in nature naturally. And you can’t do very well trying to kill a cow naturally without some sheer force of tools and weapons. So all the nuts, seeds, avocado, coconut, banana, potatoes, wheat, corn, peas and all the rest of the normal stuff a human animal can get to easily, is up for grabs.

Ie, don’t eat processed shyte.

A vegetarian diet is often a good way to put on weight. But you can’t just pick vegan or vegetarian and expect the diet to do the work for you. You have to do the actual work of not putting the fried rice in your mouth.

I’m 15, and I would like to lose 20-30 pounds before summer. I have been on the treadmill everyday for like 25-45 minutes each night, and I do sit-ups and push-ups and all that after. I watch what I eat as well, but nothing seems to work! Can anyone help me and answer how I can loose at least 25-30 pounds in a month fast and easy in my thighs, butt, and lose my tummy??
