What would be a good way to lose weight quickly and easily??

whats a quick and easy way to lose weight, the healthy way. spring break is coming up for me in 2 weeks and summer is 6 weeks away, i need to lose weight, not only for confidence but for health, im not really over weight i need to lose between 15-20 pounds more could be better, but i need some answers

Well a good way to lose weight is a good cardiovascular workout. When you wake up, jump rope for about 30 minutes (having music really helps). This is BEFORE you eat breakfast. Do the same before bed (after dinner). Then you can become overall more active. I usually run a mile everyday (all i can handle right now) and i ride my bike alot. That keeps me from gaining weight from all the junk food i eat lol :D…The more active you are, the higher your metabolism becomes, and the more calories you burn.

How do i lose weight quickly and easily w/out starving myself or taking pills?

i always get home late so i just get sum fast food and call it a day.. i play a sport(soccer) but that doesnt seem 2 b helping.. i want to lose about 30-40 lbs by april.. its rare that i eat breakfast and i dont usually eat lunch.. can sum 1 please help me??!!

Eat extremely healthy. That does not mean starve yourself. Stay away from carbs and eat salads and fruits. Eat protein, but not fatty meat like steak. Try to stick with chicken and beans. Do not drink anything with a ton of bad sugar in it. Only drink really orange juice, milk, and most of all, lots of water. Eat when you are hungry, but only eat healthy. Instead of chips, go for an apple and a glass with orange juice. Also, NO DESSERT!!!!!! If you have to eat carbs (which you should eat a LITTLE bit of) go for the whole wheat option.

Then you need to excersise. Go swimming in a pool 1-3 times a week for 40 minutes. Swim laps and take breaks when you need them, but dont take more that 10 minutes total break. Take a run on a treadmill or outside around your block 3 times every day that you dont swim (if you swim at all) and make sure to stretch thourougly before and after every workout. You will be sore from your workouts, but you have to pull through. Then do about 100 sit ups every other day, 4 groups of 25 sit ups with little breaks between them.
