Can you lose weight in 3 days?
By not eating anything? because i need to fit into this dress!

No. Your body will go into starvation mode and retain weight. It’s even possible to go up a few pounds from it. What i would suggest is cutting out the majority of your salts because it causes water retention. You could see up to a 5lb loss(temporarily) from not having that extra water weight. It might be just enough to wear that dress for that occasion.

I’m 5′3” and I weigh 120 pounds. I’m not satisfied with the way i look. I tend to gain weight in my thighs and I have a sweet 16 to go to this Saturday. So I was wondering, if I don’t eat anything for 3 days and just drink water, how much weight will I lose?

These people aren’t giving you the answer you want , so i will .
You could lose weight in that amount of time , by doing what you said – i’ve done it .
But , since its such a small period of time , you will probably lose 5 pounds only .
But it won’t show much , sadly .
The only change you’ll visibly see is a flat stomach , because you haven’t put food in it to bloat it at all so your stomach will shrink .
You also may feel sick , just a heads up .
And if you feel faint , eat a stick of celery . It WON’T change the results , if anything it’ll make them better – as celery has NEGATIVE CALORIES – you use more to digest it then it actually contains . :]

I have a high Metabolism i guess.I run alot and i could put down food like no other.Im not running right now but im still eating alot and yet it still doesn’t show but i can tell.My family says that they have no idea where i store all the food i eat….im starting to feel ehh now cause of the food.so how much weight can i lose in 3 days?

You’ll lose all your water weight… So you can lose like 4-5 pounds. But RIGHT when you eat something else you’ll gain it all back. And you’ll become so hungry that you’ll eat more than you usually would eat- resulting you to gain more pounds than before. Trust me, ive been through this alright. If you want to lose, just eat small meals during the day with low fat and low calories and excersize.
