When I was younger, I was super skinny. But during college, I gained tons of weight because I stopped exercising. I felt disgusting because I didn’t fit into any of my clothes anymore and always felt tired. I seriously just woke up one morning and decided I wanted to change all that. I wasn’t happy with who I was but with dedication, I changed my life. I became a vegetarian, stopped eating junk food/sugary sweets, and jogged for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. I also started using the foot detoxification pads though I don’t know if that helped me lose weight but it certainly gave me more energy to exercise more. My friends all noticed I’m much slimmer now. I feel GREAT. Good luck.

Weight problems can result from untreated underactive thyroid or hypothyroidism. Have you been tested for this condition?
You should see your doctor and ask for the following blood tests: TSH, FT4, FT3 and most importantly anti-thyroid antibodies.
Only they can reveal if you have a problem with your thyroid, like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
Normal TSH is 0.3-3. (Some doctors still use the out-dated reference range of 0.5-5.5)
Some doctors are very misinformed and not knowledgeable about thyroid conditions.

Treatment includes thyroid hormone replacement, such as Synthroid or natural Armour.
