how come i lost weight so easily?

over the last few days ive been veryyy healthy and doing lots of cardio, and i lost 1.5kgs (im currently about 53kgs, 163cm tall, 19 years old)

im just wondering how come the weight came off so easily? it took only 3 days to lose 1.5kgs…i know its not that healthy to lose weight this fast, but still…. is this actual fat lost or is it water weight or…?

At your age its fine to loose weight because you are active.that might be fat lost and it depends do you take regular walks ? That can be one of the reasons if the answer is yes .i don’t think if there is any reason to be alarmed.

How to lose weight easily.?

I’m 15 and all my life I have been stick thin and I have been able to eat what I want without gaining weight. This year I have gained a few pounds and I’m starting to feel insecure about it. Some of my clothes are getting a little snug and I can no longer wear a size 0. How can I get my body back to how it was easily. I wear a size 3 or 5 in juniors now (They don’t make a 4) (it goes like 0,3,5). Most of my family members naturally thin too. My dad is 5’10 and weight 130 pounds. I weigh like 126 now. How can I get back down to 100 or 95?

You have to start exercising if you really want to lose weight.
Go on youtube and search up Blogilates. I’ve been exercising with her for about a month now, and I already see results πŸ™‚

For the diet, cut down on meat, but only eat lean meat, fish, and lots of greens.
Fruits and veggies are a good source of vitamins! Try to stay away from the junk food, keep it somewhere you do not want to go. I promise you, if you keep this up, you will start seeing your body change.
It depends how much weight you are to lose, if you slack off on a lot of exercising, you might only lose a pound or two. But if you really stay focused and do the job, you will be losing much more weight!

um….ok..over the summer i really want to lose weight so wehn i come back to school i will shock everyone…what is a way i can lose weight easily???

To lose the weight, you need to eat less calories and start exercising. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!
For exercise, do three to four sessions a week, 20 minutes at a time, of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well.

Nothing beats jogging or running. It’s the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path.

Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week, at least 20 minutes a session, to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat.

Also do at least ten minutes a day of strength training.

In terms of diet, you need to have 50 percent of your calories come from protein, 40 percent carbs, 10 percent fats. Cut calories gradually.
