Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

George asks…

Atheists, even if someone proved the existence of a deity would that change your opinion on worshiping it?

I’ve heard some atheists say that they would worship a deity if any proof of one was offered, but I’ve heard it the other way around as well. Would a deity be worthy of your worship just because of its existence or is that not enough? Why or why not?

weight loss cardiff answers:

A deity that is worth worshipping – sure. A kind benevolant deity that uses it’s power for good not evil, for example.

Eternal damnation for lacking faith sans evidence is certainly evil. Nobody should worship that.

Ken asks…

What makes Lord Krishna the most adored deity in Hinduism ?

Hindu religion has many form of deity worship. All worship of any deity flows to the feet of Sri Krishna. Why is Lord Krishna so special? Akaasham patitam toyam yadha gatchati sagaram, sarvadeva namaskaram kesavam prati gatchati.

I am not against worship of any other deity but asking about my favorite deity. So don’t answer my questions with questions.

weight loss cardiff answers:

He is a poorna avatara of Para Brahman. Also his Eternal Message(Bhagavad Gita) is clearly recorded and there are many rich interpretations to his message which makes Him alive in the minds of hindus. Also there are many proofs of Mahabharat and its historicity which are coming to light now, and ofcourse the city of Dwaraka that was submerged at the time of Krishna’s leaving the physical existence has also been found out by scientists near present day Dwaraka under the sea. All these things make His life more real and true. These proofs are anyway needed for a commoner to get some interest. But for a seeker of Truth, his message is enough to tell that only an avatara can give such a powerful message to mankind, such benevolent and never cursing anyone.

It is not a surprise for hindus that their holy book Bhagavad Gita doesn’t contain a single curse for mankind or a particular group of people or sect. Neither does it say that we hindus alone will reach the goal.

YE YATHA MAAM PRAPADYANTE TAAM STHATAIVA BHAJAMYAHAM
MAMA VARTMANUVARTANTE MANUSHYAHA PARTHA SARVASHAHA – (BG – Ch 4 Sloka 11)

O Partha, in whatever way men approach Me, even so do I reward them, for the path
that men take from every side is Mine.

This sloka alone can explain why hindus are truly pluralistic and respectful of other religions. No condemnation whatsoever, only benevolent words of comfort, peace and kindness and love for humanity. Many great scientists and thinkers and philosophers say that there is no match for the perfectness of Krishna’s message in the history of world literature. None can match its sanity and glory. Every kind of spiritual aspirant be one a bhakti yoga, or a follower of karma yoga or jnana yoga or raja yoga, all are addressed and paths laid out for each temperament and mind set of various aspirants. That is why Sri Krishna is called Jagat Guru(world teacher).
