Quickest way to lose weight and get fit?

I find that when I’m bored in the house I eat a lot and I’m not doing much exercise. My d of e expedition is coming up and I want the best way to prepare for it and get fit so I can fight easy. I wanting a way of losing weight easily. What worked for most people?

So you want to lose weight? Heres how to do it:

to lose weight you should start by eating normally as you would but writing down what you eat. Then look at where you could get rid of a few calories:
for example
– change the pop you drank to water
– try to make all your portions a tinier bit smaller , so you cant feel the difference but you arent eating as many calories
– if you eat a chocolate biscuit with say 140 calories in, swap it for a biscuit with 100 calories in

so basically dont diprive yourself of anything just make little adjustments. You could lose about 300 calories of your day out and not even realise!

Also to lose weight you need to exercise,:
– fidgeteting burn calories
-workout using videos such as pump it which can be found on youtube
– clean the house
– walk to the shop
– dont sit down
– go for a bike ride with a friend
ect.

So overall you are trying to cut down on calories fast my having smaller proportions and foods with less calories. Exercise more whether its by working out or just doing cleaning and walking
doing this you are consuming less calories and burning more off resulting in weight loss. To lose weight you have to be at a minus. Remember you body naturally burns calories even when doing nothing. But burning the ones off that you have eaten will help!

Good luck! And remember it will not happen over night! Set yourself a target e.i. 3 weeks!

-drink only water
-dotn eat carbs before bed!

About 2 months ago I went back on the pill. And now I cannot drop any weight. I can usually lose weight easily πŸ™

Im 13 years old and im 51.5 kg and my twin bro is about 43 how do i lose weight at my age i have a running machine at home is there anyway i can do to lose weight easily in 1 month?

Running is great but you also have to eat less. Just eat slightly smaller portions and cut down on fat and empty calories. NO SODAS or JUNK FOOD like Donuts, french fries, pastries, cakes, etc.
Drink mostly water for your drinks as often as possible. No Diet Soda either! They contain ingredients that make you retain water (sodium) and interfere with blood pressure.
Other junk drinks that have sugars, junk or food coloring, etc: Gatorade, Vitamin Water, Arizona Iced Tea.
