i need a quick easy routine workout , im 17 years old and trying to lose weight , any ideas?

just lately ive been doing cardio such as star jumps, jogging etc and at last 50 sit ups daily, but i don’t know a routine that i will start seeing results of Weight loss in , say 2 weeks or so, help is Much appreciated, thank you

Its not just exercise etc its also diet and nutrition. You have to eat healthy, at first it may be hard to do but really the key to a great body is eating healthy, so carbohydrates (pasta, bread), protein, fibre, water (lots) these are really vital to keep fit and stay active, you definitly have to have a balanced diet.

But, assuming you do that already, I suggest swimming, its one of the best ways to burn fat (use fat) and use your muscles because it exercises all your muscles. I used to swim before school like 1-2 hours every other day and it does keep you in shape.
What your doing now is fine but whats good to do is to do your exercise routine of -running for 30m-1h then doing cardio (sit ups, push-ups etc) –take a break– eat some proteins and then rest a bit and do the same later in the day.

You should see results in 3-6 months

What game system has best dance yoga weight loss games wii xbox 360?

I want to learn yoga and get fit and for Christmas I get a game system so far I have a PS3 but I’m not sure if I ask for the wii or the xbox 360 what system has the best more fun easy to use dance, workout, yoga games? any help or advance on the systems would be great! thx in advance ^_^

Is it true that for some people if they eat healthy (1300-1400 cals) and workout they lose weight fast/easy?

AND FOR SOME PEOPLE ITS HARD AND DOESNT LOSE WEIGHT. like for me i been dieting and excersizing good for over a month and i dont see any changes =/ im 158 pounds…. and im 15 im not considered fat by lookin at me but my thighs are 21 inche s and i would never show myself with a bikini until im 130 poudns and my thighs are adleast 18 inches. please help me. im doing my stationary bike already burnign alot on it and winsor pilates. pilates suposely helps me lose calories and give me those long lean muscles. if i continue would i lose weight until may? if i promsie i contineu can you promise me weight loss? maybe i just need time…..

Everyone’s metabolism is different.

However, most people overestimate their exercise, and underestimate what they eat.

Pilates really isn’t useful for weight loss, because it really isn’t that strenuous. Riding a stationary bike can help, but you have to go hard for at least an hour a day.

Aside from that, you have to be patient. You’ve only been at it for a month. It took you longer than that to put the weight on, it’ll take longer than that to get rid of it.

At 15, the solution to your problem is right in front of you every day. Go out for the track team or some other sport. Its always easier to work hard when you have a coach and teammates to motivate you.
