Tips to lose weight fast and easily?

I want to lose weight before summer break ends, and i have two months how much weight do you think i could lose in that period of time? Also, i haven’t been eating much lately, would i be losing weight by doing that? I mean, i’m not trying to starve myself, but there hasn’t really been any food around in the house lately. and i was planning on running alot, and i just wanted some workouts that would help me lose weight, thank you.

Running is the best exercise to loose weight! You burn the most calories that way, and it’s fun. (: Weight lifting is also a good idea. Muscle burns more calories than fat. This is called ‘metabolism.’ More muscle = faster metabolism = you can eat more! [:

Reduce your intake of simple carbohydrates. Potatoes, white bread, and white pasta are all no-noes. They’re made out of sugars and starches that make you gain weight. Whole wheat foods are nutritious and they fill you up!

Stick to lean meats. Avoid salami, ground beef, hotdogs, etc. Turkey, chicken and fish are much better choices.

Eat your fruits, veggies and nuts! If you snack of something like trailmix instead of potato chips, you may find that you become full more often and that you don’t retain water weight from all the salt.

Don’t drink anything but water, milk, and pure fruit juices. Sodas and energy drinks are full of sugar and chemicals that aren’t good for you.

Yo-yo dieting isn’t the thing to do. By that I mean you shouldn’t eat, then not eat, then eat again, etc. Your body will become used to periods of starvation and start storing fat. You’ll end up gaining weight if you don’t have a consistent diet.

Don’t skip breakfast! People who skip breakfast are sometimes referred to as “Sumo Dieters.” This means they follow the same diet regimen as sumo wrestles. Sumo wrestlers want to weigh more, so they skip the most important meal in hopes that their body will store fat for the same reasons I mentioned above. Don’t be a Sumo Dieter!

Seven Day Diet Regime – Targeting a weight loss of up to 5 Kgs a week

Day 1 [Fruits] – Day one of your diet regime will start with all fruits diet. You may eat fruits of your choice and in any quantity. There is no limit. Eat till your stomach is full. In case you don’t find fruits in nearby stores, you can substitute it with packaged fruit juices but avoid fruit juices that have preservatives in it, they don’t really do any good in this case. On day one, you must eat fruits ONLY and don’t forget to drink at least 7 glasses of water.

Note: The only fruit that will not be on your plate is Banana. Every other fruit is ok except banana. Don’t limit it to just one fruit, have as many different fruits you can.

Day 2 [Vegetables] – This is all vegetables day. If you prefer, you may have raw or/and cooked vegetables. Eat as much as you want to, no quantity restrictions. If you want to cook the vegetables, you may do so but avoid using oil while you cook. 7 glasses of water today also.

Day 3 [Fruits and Vegetables] – On day three, you will eat a mixture of fruits and vegetables. No quantity restrictions, eat till you fill your stomach. Also, eat one banana today, just one!

Day 4 [Vegetables, Bananas and Milk] – Today you will eat 6 bananas, 3 glasses of milk and small quantity of vegetables. In the morning, your breakfast will start with 2 bananas and one big glass of milk. You will follow this in the afternoon for your lunch. In the evening eat 2 bananas, eat vegetables and drink one glass of milk.

Day 5 [Rice and tomatoes] – Today you will have one cup of rice, six full tomatoes (medium size) and since you are having lots of tomatoes, drink 10 glasses of water today.

Day 6 [Rice and Vegetables] – One cup of rice and raw/cooked vegetables of your choice. It’s recommended that you eat rice in the morning and for rest of the day, eat vegetables.

Day 7 [Fruits, Vegetables and Rice] – On day seven, eat fruits, vegetables and 1 cup of rice. You may substitute fruits and vegetables with juices as well, but that is to avoid.

How to lose baby weight fast and easily?

I had my baby 11mos ago, and the weight just won’t come off, I’ve dieted, starved, tried the acai/colon crap, diet pills, exercise, but no matter what I do or eat I won’t lose weight but I won’t gain it either. Any suggestions?I have a wedding in June and it’s early March

What kind of pills have you tried? A few years ago, I was almost 200 pounds. I went from a 14 to a 2 in a month. I used the Alli pills – they’re expensive, but they work really well. Try the pills, but be sure you follow their recipes. Some of their meals are really good. While on the diet, exercise regularly (for example, I did about 30 minutes on my treadmill daily), and choose recipes wisely. When I was on the diet, I made my own “rules.” The recipe book had informational sections (for example, ‘on the first week, if you weigh________ pounds, eat meals from this book that have _______ grams of fat or less.) about what to eat. I ate meals with 5 grams of fat or less ONLY. Even if you don’t use the pills, get the recipe book. It gives all the nutrition information for each recipe so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body. I was even able to have desserts.
