Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Joseph asks…

How do I lose weight in 3 days?

Is there any possible way to lose weight in just 3 days? I’m assuming – not much, although I’m curious to know how much exactly depending on what choices I make; food wise and exercising techniques

weight loss cardiff answers:

You can lose roughly 3 lb. Of water weight in 3 days and 1-2 lb. Of fat in a week.

The most important thing is your diet! You can eat as little as 1200 calories and stop eating by 7 or 8 PM.
If you’re going to incorporate jogging and/or running (for at least a mile or two), you can eat around 1500.

Helen asks…

Could I lose weight eating 3 meals a day, consisting of one piece of fruit and a coffee?

Could I lose weight eating 3 meals a day, consisting of one piece of fruit and a coffee per meal? I wouldn’t be doing much exercise, maybe just lifting weights an hour a day. – Oh and how much weight might I lose per week? πŸ™‚

Thanks in advance to anyone who answers! πŸ™‚

weight loss cardiff answers:

It depends on that many things! If your cutting down your food by a lot (say you eat lots more than that now) then yes, you’ll lose a lot of weight. But how much weight you lose depends on your height, current weight, metabolism…..!
And weights will be building muscle, so ill assume that will actually gain weight if you do enough of them. Not in a bad way, youll be lots more toned, but its not a real calorie burner.

Paul asks…

Is working out 3 times a week good enough to lose weight?

If I don’t over eat and eat fairly consciously? I don’t want to be on this demanding schedule, I’d rather take it slow if I could still lose weight at 3 days a week?
@Taylorx3 I don’t see how that is accurate as I have lost weight without any exercise so why wouldn’t 3 times a week help me lose weight?

weight loss cardiff answers:

Yes of course – just have healthy, nutritious low fat meals but don’t starve yourself of things you want too – just have tiny portions of what you crave because the more you deny yourself those things, the more you’ll want them.
