Steven asks…
easy to follow weight loss plans for busy people?
I’ve lost a few pounds and feel I’m stuck at my weight now and can’t lose anymore. I work 12-14 hr shifts so it’s sometimes hard to cook a healthy meal or workout the days I work. I do get alot of fast food, but I’ve changed mostly to ordering salads or subway. Does anyone have any suggestions for fast healthy meals that I can make quickly and that will be good for work to? Good workout routines if you only have 3 days a week to work out?
BTW…I’ve lost almost 15 lbs. in 2.5 months just by swiching to salads when getting fast food and subway.

Wow, what do you do for a living? My best suggestion is to, on one of your days off, to go nuts with cooking stuff you can reheat later on, like soups to freeze, cold roast meats, spaghetti, etc. You could also take those things to work. If all else fails, just have a huge salad on standby when you get home and add a small can of flavoured tuna.
How long do you have on those 3 days where you can work out? It’d be a good idea to join a gym and get a personal trainer to tailor a program for you to optimise weight loss. If you can’t get to a gym, buy a cheap cross trainer, a jump rope and some light weights so you can work out at home.

easy weight loss plan?
i am 12, weigh 150, am 5 foot 3. What can i do to lose weight fast so that kids at school don’t tease me any more?
weight loss cardiff answers:
Hi! Okay, here is a good plan. I suggest it to everyone because it’s not scary, strict, difficult, or dangerous. It helps you lose weight at a good pace and become more fit and healthy.
1. Find out how many calories your body currently burns on a daily basis/how many it needs.Using the calculator on freedieting.com and assuming that you are FEMALE, I found that you burn 1456 calories a day without doing anything. You should probably do a 500 calorie deficit, so subtract 500 and you get 956 calories. You should have between 956 and 1056 daily.
2. Start exercising. Go on a 20-30 minute brisk walk every day. Do 30 sit-ups. Do 20 push ups.
3. Eat organic foods, eat high protein, don’t eat any wheat products.
4. Drink a minumum of 5 water bottles a day.
5. Talk a multivitamin, calcium, and Omega-3 Fatty Acids. They’re good for fat burn.
6. Snack on veggies and fruits… More veggies, though, because fruit has lots of sugar.
Hope this helps!
