What is the best method for internal cleansing for weight loss?

I am looking for some detox methods so weight loss will be easier. Any suggestions?
@Betty B, what’s the big deal? Cleanses are the best thing you could do for your body. I’m just looking for the best kind to do prior to weight loss.

Any Master Cleanse/Liquid Diets that are cheap and relatively easy to hide from friends?

Hi, I am looking to do a cleanse that is relatively easy to hide from friends, and is preferably pre-made and cheap. I am looking for a 20-30 pound weight loss, and though these things are heavily criticized because there is no “easy way out” and you gain all the weight back I am extraordinarily athletic and I am just doing this to make myself healthier and start a new chapter in my current weight loss. I can do this for any amount of days really as long as it is somewhat easy to maintain.
It’s more that it’s embarrassing with roomates, laxitives etc. I have very good eating habits already, and work out for at least 1.5 hours 6 times a week. That hasn’t been working for me since I was 15. I am not obese or anything, not even overweight, but I have trouble spots that I would like to get rid of and attempt to maintain. If I can’t so be it but I would like to try.

You know the master cleanse is as liquidey substance that drains like EVERYTHING from your body including stuff you need to be healthy. And one of the main rules for most of them are “Do NOT eat anything” as if a diet telling you not to eat anything is ever good for you. You would likely become anerexic. Their are much healthier ways to lose wait and as you say yourt very athlethic exercises should be easier . But simply subsitute cookies and chips with fruit or vegtables or lightly buttered popcorn(its only 15 cal pasr cup)
