Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Mark asks…

Why I do lose weight one week and gain it back the next HELP?

I go on a diet of about 1000-1200 calories a day and my bmr is if i dont do any exercise 1300 so that’s about right…

i’ll lose like half a stone in a week

then i’ll have days when i just eat 3 meals. a couple of snacks (all healthy)
say 3 days in a row
THEN GAIN LIKE 4LBS IN 3 DAYS!

weight loss cardiff answers:

It’s possible that you are slowing your metabolism by cutting your calories too low. We generally shouldn’t go below 1200 a day. The result of this is that our body is more likely to store fat because it fears their may be a shortage of food. Try increasing it to 1400 a day. The weight loss will be slower but will be less likely to come straight back.

Im a 17 year old girl and im about 70 kilos, im hoping to get down to 60ish, starting to lose my weight ready for summer. So far im eating healthily (low fat yogurt for breakkie, fruit salad for lunch, and red meat & veggies for dinner) and im doing 35 minutes of yoga each morning and going for a 1hr run in the afternoon. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

weight loss cardiff answers:

So youre eating like a 1000 calories a day give or take. Maybe a little lesss.
If you keep on this track youll probably lose 4kg with the running maybe 5 or 6 kilos a month. So in a week 1-2 kg.

Donald asks…

how to get flat abs in a week and lose weight overall?

i really want to get flat abs fast (less than a week) because i’m going to a really important wedding and i want to look amazing. i have a little stomach that i’ve been working for months, but the fat won’t melt off. i swim and run everyday, what can i do? is there a method to lose A LOT ALOT A LOT of weight fast and get flat abs super uber fast?

weight loss cardiff answers:

1. Your diet is so important. Eat normally – cut out the excess fat (like margarine and cakes & sweets)

2. Do Circuit training 3 times a week. Sledgehammer/van tyre training, Kettle Bell training, skipping rope training, carrying someone from post to post & running back to base. These are the exercises youll get to tone up your abs (as well as your entire body)
