Please provide tips or menu ideas for IBS?
Trying to find a suitable diet / recipes for Irritable Bowl Syndrome suffers.
weight loss cardiff answers:
It depends on the sufferers – everyone is different. Some are feeling better on the FODMAP diet, others favor the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, or exclude dairy and gluten and reduce fat. It’s a personal experience. It takes years of trial and error or a tool like Aurametrix to find out much faster which foods and recipes work best, and what the right amount is.
Sample recipes that would likely be safe for most people:
Low-garlic lemon chicken or ginger chicken
Low-sugar dairy-free sweet potatoes
Rice with fresh herbs
Dairy-Free low-sugar gingerbread cake
Peppermint tea

Would this berry fruit salad be too much sugar?
A berry salad with Strawberries, Raspberries and Blackberries..
And what are some healthy diet recipes you know?
weight loss cardiff answers:
No, provided you do not add any sugar or sugar-based syrup. Also do not have a high sugar accompliment such as ice-cream, custard etc, also avoid cream as it is high-fat which is as bad as high-sugar. Eat either on its own or with low-fat natural yogurt or fromage frais, or if you are vegetarian or lactose intolerant with a soya-based yogurt substitute.

Can you help me find websites with recipes that are safe for diabetics?
My mom is having a hard time keeping her sugar in check, she is watching her diet, but don’t eat enough, in fear of her sugar going to high. Even though she isn’t eating alot, the doctor still had to raise her meds. Any websites about diet, exercise, and recipes would help alot. I have only found one site that had a few recipes that she enjoys. I am at nerves end here, and really need help.
weight loss cardiff answers:
Here are a few sites that I have found for you. How sweet of you to take an interest in helping your mother deal with her diabetes. You don’t say if you live at home, but if you do, you could encourage her by cooking some for her and eating the same things that she eats.
