Christmas is only 5 weeks away anyone got any helpful tips on how to shed a few Ibs quick and easy? please help?

Running in the morning helps alot…its the FASTEST way to lose weight…do it about three times a week.

Use a metabolism increasing supplement. Green tea or white tea will do. I prefer white tea coz its more effective when packaged with Acai… Try http://freewhitetea.com I got a free pack from them recently.
Drink it about 2 or 3 times a day…and itll help not only for metabolism…but also for suppressing appetite naturally. Tastes awesome too! 🙂

Don’t diet…it just won’t work…you will gain back everything after leaving it…

You’ll need a blender because there’s just no adequate substitute, but that’s the only piece of equipment you need to create your own healthy drinks!

Each diet shake recipe can be used as a healthy snack or as a meal replacement. If you drink the shake, or “weight loss smoothie” as they’re often called, in place of a meal, be sure to get adequate protein in your diet!
Years ago, it was common to put raw eggs in the shake for additional protein, but most people are hesitant to do that today.

Instead, buy a low-calorie protein (whey) powder at your local health-food store. Just be sure it’s low-calorie because some of those protein powders are designed to help people “bulk up.”

If you don’t use the protein powder, make sure that you make up for the protein at your other meals.

In a blender combine:
½ cup skim milk
½ cup plain, fat-free yogurt
1 scoop of low-calorie protein powder (optional)
½ banana
1-cup fresh or frozen berries
Blend with enough ice for desired consistency. The more ice you add, the thicker the shake!

Each ingredient you add to the blender will change the taste.
You can create your own weight loss smoothie by experimenting with different fruits. Try adding different combinations of watermelon, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, mango, coconut, etc.

Try adding a banana, one teaspoon of vanilla, and a heaping teaspoon of instant coffee!

Experiment by adding a couple of teaspoons of chocolate syrup or cocoa.

Here are some ways to lose weight fast.

1 – Take everything one step at a time. Begin simply by paying more attention to what you are eating, slowly cutting back on the bad foods and implementing more healthy foods into your diet. Once you have this under control, the next step is to add exercise to your plan. If you do not like exercising, take this one step at a time as well by implementing only 15 to 30 minutes at a time, at first.

2 – Choose foods and activities that you enjoy. If you do activities that you get enjoyment out of, you will find them to be much more successful than trying to exercise in ways that you do not enjoy. The same goes for foods that you implement in your diet: Choosing foods that you enjoy will help you enjoy your diet rather than craving bad foods.

3 – Build muscle. You lose calories based on your weight. Muscles, surprisingly enough, burn calories more quickly than fat does, pound for pound. Work out with weights to build muscle and lose weight, and then allow your extra lean muscle mass to burn more calories for you on a long term basis.

4 – Reduce your carbohydrates. Do not cut your carbohydrates out completely, because your body needs carbohydrates for energy. Cut out some of the white breads and pastas from your diet, though, to cut down on the carbohydrates that you consume. What carbs you do need to eat, you can replace with whole wheat and brown carbs for better health.
