In a word, “NO”. Don’t be fooled by commercials that promise pills or equipment that make you drop tons of weight “simply and easily”. If that were true, Americans wouldn’t be so, uh…’plump’.

However, you may find an exercise that you love, which will make it seem less daunting. For instance, I fell in love with rock climbing — it was so much fun, it didn’t feel like exercise although it was extremely strenuous. I lost fat, gained muscle and had a BLAST. Bellydancing is also fun and great exercise, but still not “easy”.

Simply practicing holding in your tummy will, however, help tighten your abs…but not lose weight.

So the body starts producing fat tissue to “glue” to the acidic molecules to try to get back to the normal pH level. Easy weight loss success stories?

I’m 16 5’6″ and I weigh 145 and female. I’m at an ok weight but I’d rather weigh around 130-135. I ride an exercising bike for about 30-45 minutes a day, do crunches, push-ups, and I lift weights to tone my muscles. I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks and I wanna know if there’s any other easy exercises that I can do to help lose weight. I don’t really care too much about the numbers but I wanna lose a few inches from my waist. So anything that you’ve done or maybe a friends done that has worked would be appreciated thanks.

No cutting calorie things though I tried that once and couldn’t do it. I don’t eat a lot to begin with because I’m never really hungry. I weighed like 180 when I was like 13 but recently I haven’t really been able to lose the last 10-15 pounds. I wan to lose it by february but I’d be happy with by spring break or even by summer hopefully it won’t take until summer it’s not that much.
