What are your weight loss secrets and recipes?

I would love to lose about 20 pounds. I am a carboholic and I don’t have much time to exercise (I know, it’s so bad) So, if you love carbs and tend to not really exercise that much, but yet you have figured out an easy way to lose weight, please please please share! I emphasize easy.

One of the solution for your food is to consume a lot of sushi. Sushi is filling enough yet does not contain too much fat like in other carbs dishes. Salmon, tuna and eel sushi contain approximately 200 calories per four ounce serving. The number is cut by half if the sushi uses Shrimp and octopus.

Another solution is to consume brown rice instead of white rice. If you love sandwich or bread then you can try my negative calorie sandwich. Basically it is a sandwich composed of a lot of negative calories ingredients. I am not saying you can lose 20 pounds w/o exercising, that’s plain impossible unless you do surgery.

Ingredients:

100 grams of cooked chicken fillet. Cut it so that it can be fitted into sandwiches.
2 slices of whole wheat bread. Slice it diagonally.
Four slices of tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes vertically, each cut is around 0.5cm in thickness
1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
4 tablespoons of low fat mayonnaise
2 slices of cucumber. Peel the cucumber and remove both end. Then slice it.
1 teaspoon of chopped celery
1 teaspoon of olive oil
3 tablespoons of plain low fat yogurt
Salt, pepper and tomato ketchup to taste

Instructions:

Sprinkle the cooked chicken fillet with salt and pepper. Then mix the yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Dip each chicken pieces into the dressing mix before putting it on the bread. Then arrange the cucumber, tomatoes and celery on the bread neatly. Last, sprinkle it with the olive oil and the remaining of the dressing.

Fruit Crisp

Ingredients:

1. Pick the fruits you like inside the brackets (apples, blue berries, blackberries, raspberries)
2. Granola
3. Non-fat vanilla yogurt
4. A dash of Cinnamon (if using apples)

Directions: If using apples, slice them thinly and add cinnamon. Heat the fruit in the microwave untill hot, apples take longer to get a better texture. Let it cool.Top with yogurt and granola.

Oh, I almost forgot lol xD! You also have to peel the apples before you slice them!

I’ve been a vegan for ALL my life. I’m so skinny you don’t even want to know how much I weigh and I’m 14… Anyways, I’m also Indian so these Indian foods are what fill me up but are not very fattening. I suggest looking recipes up on the internet. There are SO many recipes out there. Good luck..=]
