What diet pills actually work best?

What diet pills actually work? And how fast do you actually notice the difference in weight. I gained 50 lbs from my last pregnancy, my son is 6 months now and I have been trying to take the weight of for 4 months now. I have been running and trying my best to eat healthy but I have only lost 10 lbs. Please let me know on your personal experience.

What are some good diet pills for people with a small heart murmer?

I obviously can’t take Hydroxycut, but I want to know what diet pills you have used and saw success. I’ve tried those Hoodia pills, the green capsules that come in the gold box, but those were a joke. I used to use a kind from Twin Lab that gave me great energy and suppresed my appetite, but made my shaky. I wanted to try something new that has worked for other people. Any diet pill suggestions? (that arent’ too expensive)

Don’t do diet pills. They simply don’t work. Save your money;

Weight loss is all about food choices, portion control and getting enough exercise to burn off the calories you consume so they don’t get stored as fat. Make sure you eat breakfast – most important meal of the day and it jump starts your metabolism. Eat six small meals during the day like this: Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Eat lean meats like chicken with skin removed, (white meat only), fish, lean beef, cottage cheese is a really great protein also (1%) Eat lots of vegetables and at least 3 fruits per day. Avoid potatoes, white bread and sugar. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Cut out processed foods.

* Watch the sugary beverages. Instead, drink water, non-fat milk and zero-calorie beverages.
* Slow down — when you eat too fast you will eat too much.
* Choose broth-based soups, such as chicken broth, with lots of vegetables over cream soups.
* When you go out to eat, take half of your meal home.
* Keep a bowl of fresh fruit on the kitchen counter instead of a jar of cookies.
* Don’t skip meals — you will just get too hungry and eat too much at the next meal.
* Add one cup of chopped vegetables to your favorite soup or pasta meal.
* Don’t keep high-calorie snacks in the house — buy fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat yogurt, and enjoy air-popped or light popcorn.
* Keep track of calories – write down everything you eat
* Get moving – walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes or run every day to burn calories.

Can you get hyperthyroidism from taking too many diet pills?

Since diet pills raise your heartbeat, metabolism, blood pressure, make you shaky, and sometimes give you heart pulpalations. If a doctor diagnosed you with hyperthyroidism could it be from taking too many diet pills? Will a blood test show how you got the hyperthyroidism?

I don’t know if diet pills can give you hyperthyroidism, but taking a lot of them can cause problems. The best way to be sure, I think, would be to stop the diet pills. If the hyperthyroidism gets better after that, you have your answer. However, taking diet pills and having hyperthyroidism at the same time is probably not a good idea either way, so I would lay off them and talk to your doctor about their effects.

How to lose weight fast without a harsh diet?

I am 168cm tall and 60kg. I like my curves and I know I’m not fat, but I don’t like my fat thighs and I have a little fat on my stomach, which is why I want to lose weight. Do you think I need to lose weight? If I lose weight would my breasts go smaller? How can I lose weight as fast, healthy and permanent as possible? (other than diet pills and stuff like that)

The most effective exercise for losing weight is cardio, specifically running or jogging. As for diet, depending on your age and metabolism, it may not take much diet. Just cut back on obviously fattening items like soda (which has no nutritional value), Fast food, etc. Of course, eating out is acceptable bi-weekly or even weekly, depending on where you go. Lastly, on top of running at least 2 times a week, target the areas that you want to lose weight in with excersises.

PS – Your breast may reduce in size, but not dramatically and will be more shapely

What are some fast ways to lose weight off of your thighs?

Im starting school in august and i need to lose weight because i am gonna try out for the volleyball team and i don’t want to feel uncomfortable about my body. I have been eating fruits and excersing a little. But im wanting to lose weight fast. Any advice? Thanks 🙂

Eggs are “good” for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless “lower” alternatives for you to try. If something different doesn’t taste good, by all means – find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their “normal” counterparts – and they taste just as nice.

I weight 170 LBS and i need to lose about 40 LBS. I need tips from those of you out there that know how to exercise well by losing weights fast. What kinds of food do i need to avoid and what kinds do i need to eat. What sorts of exercise do i need to do at the gym etc..

No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage, no sugary sweet soda’s. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink plenty of water, fruit juices & fat free milk. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get a good 8 hours sleep each nite. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good nite’s rest. As time permits, work in sit ups, push ups, pull ups & skipping rope. Within 90 days you will be amazed. But – you must make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvements – or – it aint gonna happen.
