okay… well i am over weight for my age. i hate it! i need to lose pounds quickly, easily, and FREE because i only make $20 a week. please give me some links or help or how you did it.
eating less doesnt work. i tried. also fallen angel, you have the best answer! also i absolutely love spicy food. thank you very much. i truly appreciate it.
weight loss cardiff answers:
Losing weight not only can be free but it can save you money too.
You gained weight because you ate too much, food cost money.
Now you have to eat less and therefore save on grocery shopping.
Eat less, therefore spend less.
Use your own body weight for exercising (lunges, squats, crunches, heel raises, push-ups), Your own body weight is free.
Weights cost about $1/pound but you can use water bottles, books or anything that weigh anything.
Go for a walk/jog outside, that is usually free too.
Get a physically demanding job so you get more than $20 a week and get fit in the process.
(Now, the “quickly, easily” part…does not work that way)
Ken asks…
I need a quick and FREE way for a 13 year old male to lose weight quickly and and easily.?
I weigh about 150 pounds but some of it is fat. i’m not very fat i just wanna build muscle and get rid of fat.
weight loss cardiff answers:
If you want to build muscle and lose fat, then you should focus on lifting weights, chin-ups, push ups. Eat more protein (like baked chicken and tuna fish) and cut way back on carbs and fats (like sugary stuff, or breads, noodles, fried measts, etc) Try adding exercise to your daily routine, like running or biking.
Laura asks…
How much weight would i loose in a week from free weights and using a rowing machine?
Now i am doing this healthy i aint starving myself to death or anything like that , but i have got a habit of checking the scales every day , which is bad i know because weight lost is easily weight gained.
1 hour a day on the rowing machine
20-30 minutes lifting free weights , 20kg i think.
fruit veg all added in etc…
weight loss cardiff answers:
It’s all about calories consumed versus calories burned. Don’t eat before bed.
