I lost like 70 pounds but evryone has their own way,remembr quality doesnt matter its the quantity.
Wat idid was tat i would eat bran for breakfast in normal milk and tea.
In the afternoon 1 slice with a glass of milk and at nite a sandwich with salad. In between if i would get hungry wich i alwayz did i would have any fruit. Remebr starving is not any way to lose weight. And yes most important i would exercise 2 hours 5 days a week and two times i would swim for an hour.
And i would make my exercising fun or else u get tired soon. Tc and have fun losing weight and hopefully u will and as treat evry weekend i would have a lil bite of some sweet stuff, and yes i only had meat white or red twice a week.
PS: the best way to go is ask ur doctor or a nutrionist
there is nothing easy in the world and wat comes easy goes easy

I’m 16 and about 116 pounds, i want to get down to 100 in one month, what’s a fast easy way to lose weight mostly in the hips, stomach, and upper leg area? I know i’m not fat, but being skinny is everything to me, please help

First of all, you need to set realistic goals… Exercise to flatten tummy and eating smaller meals. South Beach diet (first two weeks).
