can you lose weight just as easily by changing your diet only and not doing any exercise?

which percentage of weight loss one has is due to how much exercise they are doing? and which percentage is due to what they are eating and how much?

if eat less food, but more nutritionall…so dont need to eat as much..does one really need to walk or exercise each day to lose weight? WOULD LOSE JUST AS MUCH WITHOUT EXERCISE REALLY?

How can I lose weight without aggressive exercise and pills like acai berry?

I am 5’1 and weight 130 pounds. I would like to lose about 10 pounds. When I say aggressive exercise I mean stuff that would tire me out really easily and make my muscles sore. I’m willing to exercise, just not pushing myself too hard. Also what kinds of food is low in calories??

As easy as it may sound, pretty much doing excerise and eating healthy. It isn’t easy for most people, its very mental. You have to be very motivated to do it. When you start off, don’t kill yourself. You’ll never go back. Begin by walking, walk on the treadmill, around the block. Anywhere just get moving. Your diet is 70% off weight loss. Up your calorie intake and lower your fat intake. Dont stop eating Carbs, you NEED them! If you want to eat less carbs thats good too.

For breakfast have something like, oatmeal, 2 eggs (egg whites are better but if you cant normal eggs aren’t horrible), wheat toast, fat free waffles with light syrup, etc. Just get creative. Make sure to always eat serving size, eat slow and NEVER GET FULL! It takes your brain about 15 minutes to realize it’s full, therefore eat slow!

For lunch, try to pack your own lunch. If its impossible have something healthy like grilled chicken with veggies. Or have a homemade sandwich on wheat.

For dinner, don’t eat AFTER 6!! If you do this, everything you did during the day will go to waste. Have something light, go for lean protiens. They’re the most fulfilling!

I’m a girl who bulks up easily. How do I lose weight without bulking up?

I’m a girl who gains muscle mass easily when doing some forms of exercise. Is there any way that I can lose weight and lose some muscle mass without bulking up even more?
I am already very flexible because I do dance. But I still seem to gain muscle mass for some reason πŸ™

What about trying forms of exercise like yoga or pilates? They help promote flexibility and lean muscles. They shouldn’t bulk you up. If you combine something like that with a balanced eating plan and some cardio that works the full body, I would expect you to lose weight and become lean. Keep in mind that if this is new for you, your body may bulk up slightly before it starts to lean out. You get to develop the flexibility in your muscles first.
