How can I mostly lose weight in my arms and legs?
I know when you lose weight, that you can’t just lose it in certain spots. But I find when I lose weight I only lose it in my stomach. How can I help get some of the weight off of my arms and legs? Any food? (vegetarian) Any particular exercise? I am 5’3 114 pounds(size 3 or 4) but my legs and arms are a little on the short side so since I don’t lose weight in those areas they’re a little big.

You’re right, you can’t target weight loss. What you want to do is tone up your arms & legs. Push ups, pull ups, walk, run, bike, swim & squats. Eating right is key. The paleo diet is getting good reviews because it’s about eating healthy generally. Https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paleolithic_diet

How to lose weight when you are at a healthy Weight?
It’s a known fact that overweight people can lose weight quicker than people who have a lower body weight. However I would like to lose weight though. (Purely Cosmetic reasons) I already have a healthy body weight a very healthy diet and appropriate moderate exercise for the amount of calories I eat.
My question is how can I go from 113 lbs to about 100 lbs in a healthy way? (5’3″)
weight loss cardiff answers:
By doing lots of cardio. Running / jogging is your best bet.

How much weight can I lose in two months?
I’m planning on doing an hour and a half workout 3 times a week, eat healthier/less, for two months. My goal is to lose 15 pounds in that two months. However, its been a week since, and I’ve been losing 2 pounds, then after eating lunch or dinner, gaining that 2 pounds back. I feel like I’ll never be able to lose weight!! Is it even possible to lose 15 pounds in two months?
weight loss cardiff answers:
It depends on how much you weight now. If you are just overweight (not bigger) then it will probably be harder to lose the 15 lbs but if you are obese or above it will come off faster if you work hard and eat right.
I don’t know if you have seen the she “the biggest loser” but sometimes they will lose up to ten pounds in a week. That is because they are very large and they are also working out about 6 hours a day and they have the Registered Dietitian and fitness instructors. So on that show it is definitely possible but if you are doing it on your own be careful….here is something for you to think about:
1 lb = 3500 calories
if you can burn 500 calories a day x 7 days = 3500 calories (one pound)
Here is how I would recommend you to cut the 500 calories daily….burn 250 calories with a good workout. Get your heart rate up and you will burn the calories in less time. The other 250 calories a day I would cut it out of what you are eating. Think about how much you usually eat and then try to find a way to cut back by 250 and honestly that isn’t really very much.
Anyway good luck I hope I helped a little bit! =)
