weight loss and such,,,serious answers please!?

so im leaving for vaca in about 17 days. i just weighed in and ive lost 14 pounds,and for some reason i cant tell a difference, i need to lose most of the weight in my stomach, im desperate for quick ideas, to help me shed somemore pounds AND FAST, please dnt send me any cheesy links, or say anything mean, i rly dnt have time for that. monday im starting water fasting for ten days, to cleanse my body, ive done my research so dnt worry, i also try to do at least 200 bicycle crunches each day, what can i do to up the anti, does anyone have any video links of easy ab exercises that i can do maybe before i go to bed to help burn some calories in my seep? i also am trying the acai berries. i really just need quick and easy answers, and please no links to sites the require ordering diet pills, or that take me forever to read!!!

The best way to lose weight fast is portion control. Eat a lot of small meals throughout the day and do Winsor Pilates, it is a great series of simple exercises to tone up your body. You will love it. Good luck.

Super-Fast, Easy Way to Lose BELLY WEIGHT!?

I need help. I am a skinny girl, but I used to be much skinnier. I have an apple shape, where all of my fat sort of gathers on my belly and doesn’t really go anywhere else. Its a problem.

Here is the world’s ultimate (and impossible) goal: to find a weight loss program/product that will help people lose weight at lightning speed that doesn’t change their dietary habits and requires minimal exercise.

Obviously, this is impossible. Otherwise we would all be tiny. But what I’m asking is for anything that anyone has discovered that’s closest to this divine criteria. (:

Now I’m looking for something more of a product than an exercise. The Jillian Michaels 14-day Cleansing dietary supplement thingy caught my attention, and this Accai Berry craze has really intrigued me. These are both things on my list of maybes. If anyone has any other kinds of products that you can buy (in a drugstore, preferably) that help you drop weight, LET ME KNOW!

And no, I do not want to do Jenny Craig or any kind of service where your dinner arrives via FedEx. Nor am I interested in laxatives–I don’t think that i have room in my schedule for such unpredictable bathroom breaks.

Jillian michaels 14-day cleansing thig or whatever. Idk but i think its worth a shot. Guess it like gets rid of all the bad stuff in your body and cleanses it and promotes the helath in all the goood parts of your body. You probably end up pooping alot, though. Be ye forewarned

I’m a female and am 5’11” and weigh 150 pounds. What is my ideal weight/some good weight-loss tips?

I used to weigh 125 when I was in high school and I’ve put on 25 pounds in five years since then. I do not want to be one of those women who gets fatter as they get older. I’m tall, so it doesn’t look as bad as it would on a shorter person, but 150 is a lot for a woman.

I really haven’t ever dieted or worked out before, so any guidance on what is HEALTHY and would be best is appreciated. I don’t want a quick Master Cleanse fix or something that is unhealthy or just a fad. But about working out – I think I’ll hate it. I’m not athletic (tall and gawky here) and have no rhythm or ability physically, so I’m worried about looking like a dummy at the gym. I really have no idea what would be good/what’s easy to do.

5’11’ at 150 Is just SEXY.
Keep it around 150 and you boys will melt for you.
However you should start some form of exersice; whether its jogging, playing sports, swimming, yoga , pilate, squash, tennis, or whatever, choose something that you think you are gonna have fun doing. Doing exercise will make your body produce more endorphines which in turn will make you feel good and elevate your mood.
Also try to replace some of your simple carbs intake with some good carbs. Ie, switch your blueberry muffin into raisinbran muffin. Also try to switch carbs with some protein. I.e switch your fried rice dinner with oven roasted chicken( YUM YUM).
Cutting down on carbs will reduce that bloated feeling you might have sometimes.
In Conclusion, 1)do some exercise you like,2) cut down on some simple carbs, 3) don’t get caught in the media trying to sell you that anorexic look. 5’11’ at 150lbs is SEXY!
