Walking Works if you want to Lose Weight. What’s the best way to start a walking program? If you are just starting to get active, start slowly and build up slowly. It may take two or three months to reach a goal of thirty minutes per day, depending on your stamina. Choose a set time of day and schedule your walk in your calendar.
Staring a Walking Program
Week 1 10 minutes per day
Week 2 12-13 minutes per day
Week 3 14-16 minutes per day
Week 4 16-19 minutes per day
Week 5 18-22 minutes per day
Week 6 on Add 2-3minutes per day each week
People who have established a walking routine cannot imagine a day without the enjoyment of a regular walk.

How do I lose weight fast before summer at 13?
How do I lose weight fast before summer? I have a long torso so I can only wear bikinis and I am a little over weight for a 13-year-old. So can you help? Extensive detail is much appreciated. 🙂

Losing weight in someone so young is not straight forward and will require medical/dietetic supervision. This is a long term lifestyle issue, requiring both an appropriate diet and very regular vigorous exercise.
