Laura asks…
How to lose weight while still having some light curves?
I’m 11 and I weigh about 80-85 pounds. I am only 4’6. I went to camp with some girl about the same weight as me but she’s like 5’11. She has nice light curves. I want to look like the shorter slightly skinnier version of her. I really wanna lose weight but I really don’t wanna be toothpick skinny, i want smooth light curves. How?
Please don’t critiscize me!

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you’re consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

How can increase metabolism and lose weight healthily?
I am trying to lose weight and am working hard on it. I walk my dogs for an hour every morning, then walk 30 mins to work, walk back home in the evening, then walk the dogs for another 45 mins/1 hour, do some skipping and situps. Its not working!!
I used to work full time with horses and now I am working in an office and find that I just can’t lose weight. I am fit and healthy, but realisticly have approx 10 – 15kgs that I need to lose. I eat a healthy relatively balanced diet – no red meat and very little chicken, no cheese and only granary bread about 3 times a week. I drink min 3 ltrs water a day and don’t know what else to do.
HELP pls!!!
I should add that I have not eaten any meat except for chicken, turkey or fish for the past 20 years. I am now 83kgs and have lost 2kgs in the past 5 weeks. I live in a village in Eastern Europe where access is not easy for gyms, fitness trainers, big supermarkets etc.
