Healthy way to lose weight within 3 days?

I need to lose up to 3 lbs in these next 3 days, any suggestions? please, please help.
If I skip breakfast, does this mean that I’m gaining more weight? And if so, how much am I gaining?

I have been skipping breakfast, but I’m guessing that is bad now?

Well first of all DONT skip breakfast. That slows youre metabolism causing weight gain. Try to eat healtyer and not big meals. Try to eat 3 main meals (smaller then you normally do) and some snacks. This speeds up metabolism. Also limit fatty foods and high calorie foods. Limit salt. This is the only healthy wey that i know.

Is it possible to lose a couple pounds in weight in 3 days?

I was wanting to know is it possible to lose maybe 2 pounds in 3 days? If I ate the right stuff and did a lot of exercise over this time will I lose any weight? I have my weigh in on Friday and I think I have put on weight. I don’t weigh myself until my weight class. So is it possible to lose weight with in the this small amount of time?

The best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Staying away from fast food and junk foods and eating more fruits and veggies will help slim your waist line. So if you do this in the next 3 days, it MIGHT be possible to lose a couple pounds.
