how can I lose weight without exercise?
Please dont say that I must exercise, I know I should be exercising, but I cant at the moment. So I need some tips, I’m currently 55 kg’s and about 5feet. Also, can you guys tell me your own weight loss experience without exercise. Thanks a bunch.

This is never going to happen hon.
There is no magic way to lose weight. And even if you decide to starve until June, you’ll pile the pounds back on once you start eating normally again (which you’ll have to eventually). There are the options of surgery and diet pills, but honestly, why be lazy and risk your health and life for something that can be obtained with simple life style changes that will pay off health-wise in the future?
You have to make a commitment to lose weight the healthy way, so it will come off and stay off. Start by reducing your calorie intake, and try to exercise for 30 minutes at least three times a week.
Otherwise stop thinking about how you can lose weight, because it’s simply not going to happen.

I am under doctor orders not to exercise because of a fractured spine, however i wouldn’t mind losing a few pounds or so, maybe like 10? is there anyway to go about this without exercising?

If you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
