weight loss cardiff answers:
Step 1:First of all cut back on sweetened soda and juice… These drinks have a lot of calories and the calories .Step 2:Cut back on breads and rice, carbohydrates. They have a lot of sugar which in turn can turn to fat plus they don’t keep you filled as long…. Eat foods high in protien and fiber… Meats, greens, protien bars… High fiber bread.Step 3:the next key is exercise.. Start a walking club at work…. If you walk during your luncg break even if it is a 20 minute walk that adds up during the end of the week. Get a wal in on the weekend or go to the gym a little here and there will make a difference over time . A few minor changes will really make a difference.

Thomas asks…
Is it safe to lose weight while pregnant?
I am 6 months along and have gained 30 lbs already… no 1st trimester sickness for me. My OB says I cannot gain any more weight. Well, the only way that is going to happen is if I lose weight every week to compensate for the weight of my growing baby, fluid, etc. If it would be ok, what is the best way to do it w/o harming the baby and making sure she is getting enough nutrition.
weight loss cardiff answers:
While it is safe not to gain more weight it is not safe to diet! Don’t overeat but now is not the time to diet. The calorie intake during pregnancy usually increases but while you can’t diet, you can try not to overeat. Also, stick with healthy foods and no snacks (other than fruit) or desserts.
The dieting needs to wait until your baby is born…for the safety of your both. If you talk to your doctor, he can tell the the LEAST amount of calories you can take in to prevent too much weight gain. Then, you can possibly come out of the pregnancy weighing less than you did when you got pregnant.
Also, add some exercise to your day in the form of walking. This has too benefits: it will help you not to gain more weight and it is proven that women who exercise have shorter labors.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
