Chris asks…
Is it true that consuming dairy can counteract successful weight loss?
I ask this because I realise that many weight loss programs suggest a cut-back on dairy consumption.
The reality in which I see is: Most of the individuals I know who consume dairy as a staple in their diets are quite often slender in comparison to those who do not.
weight loss cardiff answers:
You’re correct.
Dairy is actually a healthy accessory for weight loss, because the protein helps repair muscle tissue; the Vitamin D helps build strong bones; the Phosphorus helps maintain bone strength and generate energy; the Niacin helps to metabolize sugars and fatty acids; the Vitamin A helps to maintain the immune system; Vitamin B12 helps maintain red blood cells and nerve tissue.
There are so many benefits to milk that it can potentially interrupts one’s success to lose weight, if eliminated all together – especially if dairy is prominent in your ethnic diet, because not all culture consume any dairy at all (i.e East-Asian)

How would i go about doing my senior project on weight loss and the adrenal glands?
I’m a high school senior and i would like do my research on the connection between weight loss and the adrenal glands with my product being a weight loss program. How would i go about doing this? Sources would be very helpful.
weight loss cardiff answers:
I would start by researching the adrenal glands and the hormones they make (cortisol and epinephrine eg.) They are involved in the stress response and indirectly in the regulation of body fat. From there I’d look at the connection between exercise and stress as it relates to cortisol levels. Good luck!

How can I get out of my LA Weight Loss contract?
I am disabled with daily severe migraines among other things. I gained 60lbs from predizone treatments, which I no long take. I signed up for this weight loss program and told them I needed it to be contingent upon my health issues. 1 week into the program, my headaches got worse and now after 2 months I haven’t got out of bed. They know this, but they keep putting me on a “HOLD”. I think I over shot this program based on my medical status. I paid over $1000 and now I can’t see to get anyone to give me a staight answer on how to get out of the contract. Anyone?
weight loss cardiff answers:
Did you put the contingency in the contract? If not maybe you can make a cash settlement with them or take a chance, let them sue you, and take it to court.
