how to lose weight easily and FAST!?

I’m 15, and I would like to lose 20-30 pounds before summer. I have been on the treadmill everyday for like 25-45 minutes each night, and I do sit-ups and push-ups and all that after. I watch what I eat as well, but nothing seems to work! Can anyone help me and answer how I can loose at least 25-30 pounds in a month fast and easy in my thighs, butt, and lose my tummy?? PLEASE! starving myself I will NOT do.

I am 13 years old. almost 14, and i have wanted to lose weight all my life. iv never had the best self confidence, iv lost weight over the summer, but it never lasted. i now weigh 140-145 pounds. iv tried many diets that i never thought worked. i cant pay for any diets. i have school so i can’t do any 6 meals a day diet. but i would be amazingly thankful if someone would tell me how i could lose weight fast, and be healthy. i would be the happiest if someone would help me out. thank you. –

In order to lose weight you need to take in less calories and WORKOUt its as simple as that. You need to do workouts like cardio to burn off that fat and then eat foods that are healthy.high sugar foods and high fat foods is a no no if you want to trim down.goodluck Bud
