Has anyone ever exersized while pregnant and lost weight?
I’m 15 weeks & 3 days pregnant. I’ve already gained about 15lbs I wouldn’t mind the weight gain but since I still have 6 months I know I’m going to gain a lot more. I didn’t want to gain more than 25 lbs because its going to be hard to lose it, plus I dnt want to be too heavy. Has anyone ever lost weight while pregnant? Or should I just deal with it and wait till after my baby’s born?

Docs recommend yu not to lose weight while pregnant. No diets or anything like that. Weight gaining will differ throughout ur pregnancy. & all the weight yu gained at least 95% of it wont be yu. Its the baby and all the other stuff from pregnancy. And yu’ll have a major weight loss drop after the baby is here. Especially if yu breastfeed.

How many calories should you eat while pregnant?
I am overweight I have been on Weight Watchers for a few months I have lost 30lbs. I just found out i am pregnant, I do not want to get all fat again… I know it’s not healthy to lose weight while pregnant. But is there anything I can do to lose fat and not hurt the baby. And how many calories should I eat while pregnant and being a bit over weight anyway?

300 extra calories/day is all you need to be sure baby is healthy. To put that into prospective, thats a yogurt with an apple, or 1 cup of granola. You will gain weight, but if your over weight to begin with than you should only gain a total of 15-20 lbs throughout the 9 months.

I have time to go still in pregnancy and want to lose weight in legs now while pregnant and get a head start. Swimming laps may work. what else. treadmill? or is that too vigorous? What else..

I am pregnant with my second child, and ever since I found out I was pregnant I took yoga classes for pregnant women, it has helped ALOT this pregnancy is going much smoother than my first one, and I am still in shape.
