Laura asks…
Why do I lack motivation to lose weight ?
I’ve been trying to lose weight for 2 weeks now, but I completely failed. Like one day I eat properly, the other day I eat like a pig and i can’t stop myself (and i feel so bad afterwards, i even puke my food out sometimes)! What can I do to get this right?

Join a weight group or community. People with the same goals will usually help each other and urge each other on. Good Luck!

Whats the best way to lose weight?
I used to work out and be able hold my weight at a certain amount, but due to a severe back accident I am no longer able to lift weights, do sit ups, or any other exercises that would require my back to do work. However, I am able to jog/run but I will no longer have time for that because of upcoming exams and I’ll get a job over the summer. I’m 6′ 1″ tall and used to be 182-187 pounds but ever since that pain accident I’ve been gaining weight and I’m now 210 pounds and clearly overweight. I’ve tried losing weight 2 weeks ago, but didn’t really have any motivation. Can anybody give me some tips?

If I eat 300 calories a day for 2 weeks will I lose weight?
If I eat 300 calories a day for 2 weeks and cheat on the weekends will I lose weight? And how much will I lose?
weight loss cardiff answers:
NO!!!! The only thing you’re sure to lose is ones mind.
Your body will hold onto every bit of nutrients your body has, especially the fat.
You’re setting yourself up for feeding tubes & a lot of anxiety issues.
Depending on your health, activity level, height, & weight you’ll need to eat a certain amount of “clean”
{no trans fats} foods each day & you can have 1 day for cheating.{ Still “clean” foods}
