Deity has more powerful to know and predict the future. There are some ppl can let the deity possess them for doing something for ppl who want to request deity predict something. So we can fine ppl go to see possessor for the prediction.

How is it possible for someone to reject the deity they were brought up in….?

Without questioning the validity of other deities? It seems if you’ve found any kind of good logical reason to leave one deity, the next deity would have to be subjected to the same reason, and would come up just as short. Or do most people switch deities for emotional reasons and not logical ones.

Some people end up rejecting deities altogether, but that doesn’t mean that all deities are lacking. Religious beliefs often involve emotions. The majority of people are likely to believe whatever it is that makes them feel good, whether it involves god(s) or not.

I rejected the Christian version of God, because I was tired of my ‘own’ belief system treating me like an unthinking, immoral cretin. I have yet to find a replacement and I don’t intend to try. It’s so completely pointless in regards to my own spiritual path. But…..to each his own.

What if there were two deities equal in power, but one had more attributes than the other?

Would the number of attributes be the tiebreaker concerning who is the alpha deity? Or would we just have a dualistic universe?

Quickest way to lose weight and get fit?

I find that when I’m bored in the house I eat a lot and I’m not doing much exercise. My d of e expedition is coming up and I want the best way to prepare for it and get fit so I can fight easy. I wanting a way of losing weight easily. What worked for most people?

So you want to lose weight? Heres how to do it:

to lose weight you should start by eating normally as you would but writing down what you eat. Then look at where you could get rid of a few calories:
for example
– change the pop you drank to water
– try to make all your portions a tinier bit smaller , so you cant feel the difference but you arent eating as many calories
– if you eat a chocolate biscuit with say 140 calories in, swap it for a biscuit with 100 calories in

so basically dont diprive yourself of anything just make little adjustments. You could lose about 300 calories of your day out and not even realise!

Also to lose weight you need to exercise,:
– fidgeteting burn calories
-workout using videos such as pump it which can be found on youtube
– clean the house
– walk to the shop
– dont sit down
– go for a bike ride with a friend
ect.

So overall you are trying to cut down on calories fast my having smaller proportions and foods with less calories. Exercise more whether its by working out or just doing cleaning and walking
doing this you are consuming less calories and burning more off resulting in weight loss. To lose weight you have to be at a minus. Remember you body naturally burns calories even when doing nothing. But burning the ones off that you have eaten will help!

Good luck! And remember it will not happen over night! Set yourself a target e.i. 3 weeks!
– dont eat because you are bored
– dont stay in the kitchen
-drink only water
-dotn eat carbs before bed!

Running is great but you also have to eat less. Just eat slightly smaller portions and cut down on fat and empty calories. NO SODAS or JUNK FOOD like Donuts, french fries, pastries, cakes, etc.
Drink mostly water for your drinks as often as possible. No Diet Soda either! They contain ingredients that make you retain water (sodium) and interfere with blood pressure.
Other junk drinks that have sugars, junk or food coloring, etc: Gatorade, Vitamin Water, Arizona Iced Tea.

Do you lose weight before or while your pregnant? I think i might be pregnant but i have to wait to see if i miss my period. Currently im losing weight and im not doing anything different than usually.

I didnt kno i was pregnant at the time and i weighed the lowest i have ever weighed [im not exactly skinny or anything but i was looking way more healthy and not so overstuffed lol] then i found out i was pregnant at 7 weeks and i was so upset [but extremely happy] ha i was thinking omg im gunna look huge again. But i look more pregnant than fat, which is a relief.
So answer, yes i lost weight in early pregnancy.

why do most overweight people lose weight during pregnancy?

i know this isn’t true for everyone but in most cases that i have seen women who are overweight to begin with don’t gain as much weight or even lose weight while they are pregnant..and lots of smaller women gain ALOT, what would cause this? do you think your weight pre-pregnancy has anything to do with how much weight you will gain during pregnancy?

I was over weight before I got pregnant. I’m not light weight now either. But after finding out I was pregnant I have lost a total of 50lbs. I have gained 0 pounds my whole pregnancy and I’m due in 9 days.

I have always enjoyed green tea as part of my healthy lifestyle, and would recommend it. I would also recommend a product called tava tea, which I have been using since March. It is the strongest weight loss green tea available, tastes great, but the packs are more expensive than regular green tea. Lasts awhile though. Even longer if you reuse the teabags :p

What is more important for weight loss – diet or exercise?

I know the combination is important. But for weight loss – if you don’t change your eating habits at all, but start exercising, the speed of the weight loss is much slower then when you’re dieting, but not exercising at all. This leads me o believe that diet is more important…What do you think?

Diet is much more important.

Running for half an hour will burn about 300 calories- that’s a mars bar, why not just not eat the mars bar?

The best combination is a diet with lots of exercise, for weight loss and overall fitness.

Remember one important thing…it is far more important WHAT you eat..than how much! You should completely avoid any processed foods, sugary drinks or foods, fried foods..and junk foods.

Rice, Grains, Vegetables & Fruits = ENERGY
& are Very Healthy (eat all you want,but probably will not need to do that since they contain so much energy)…”Fried foods”, “Sweets” & just general “Junk Food” = Fat..Fat Fat..and very unhealthy (you never will lose weight eating such things)

Changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing to do. Steaming vegetables is the healthiest and best way to cook vegetables..There are 4 different inexpensive cooking tools/items you can use to do this….1. An electric “crock pot” or “slow cooker”, 2. An electric ” food steamer “, 3. An electric ” rice cooker with vegetable tray” or 4. A “Dutch oven”/or regular iron skillet with a pot lid using a regular oven ..Steaming is the healthiest way as it retains much of the vitamins and nutrients….Also, despite what the latest “health news” is..dont believe what they say about “carbs”..Eat plenty of rice. And make sure the rice is the real rice. You can find this at most super markets. Indian Basmati rice or Thai Jasmine rice are the two main types of rice eaten in the Asian parts of the world.

Drink plenty of water and try drinking “Green Tea”…but make sure to get the REAL kind of Green Tea..at a small oriental market etc. It speeds up your metabolism and helps you to burn fat. Also very healthy for you. Drink juice and milk also,,but exclude cokes, sweets and junk food from your diet. (very important)

also just do some type of work in the garden each day or walk somehwere nice and peaceful for 1-3 hours per day..and you will see easily 10 lbs of weight loss per month.
