What is an easy fast weight loss method?

Im 5’3 and currently weigh 145 pds , I stopped working out for a few months and put on alot of weight It makes me really depressed and I know I should diet but I don’t know where to start. Whats the best guaranteed way to loose alot of weight????

Buy food from the grocery store. Buy fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish. Stay away from red meat. Buying your food from the grocery store instead of fast food will change a lot right there if you happen to eat out a lot or go through a drive thru a lot.

Don’t add salt to your food, drink 1 glass of water before each meal so that way you’ll feel fuller, stay away from junk food, soda/pop, sweets, etc.

Through out the day, drink at least 8 – 10 glasses of water a day. It may seem annoying but by doing this, you won’t become dehydrated. Water gets rid of bad toxins and cleanses your body. Don’t eat anything after 7PM so that way your body burns all of those calories you’ve had earlier on that day.

For exercise, I would suggest dancing. Dance to any type of song that really gets you moving fast. Exercise for a good hour or two. Hope I helped.

If you were a deity and you created a universe, what would it comprise of?

Just wondering…

I ask because the creations almost always resemble the creator either image-wise or nature-wise.
A prime example is, of course, the Bible. God creates man in His image, or rather, in His likeness.
Similarly, most fictions that I’ve read and seen either contains humans, humanoids, or humanized beings and substances; all which usually resembles the creator (author, artists, etc.), in which they are human.

So if you were a deity and you created a universe, what would it comprise of? Would it be similar to humans by appearance and/or nature, or not?

If a snap of his fingers would have sufficed, why did he instead use 40 days to drown everyone? And why did it take so long? Couldn’t an infallible deity have drowned the world in 10 minutes?
Okay, the number 40 is symbolic, then why not use 40 seconds, or 40 minutes, or even 40 hours?

Depending on how your bike ride is, if it is a full speed or just strolling around, you could definitely do it. Just eating healthy isnt specific enough, Watch the amount of calories and carbs you take in specifically. If you dont give your body what it needs to gain weight, it cant. Water only is a very good point. On top of biking you should also do some ab workouts, like crunches and oblique crunches, along with some jogging or running up and down stairs.

3lbs in a week isn’t that hard to do. Most of our bodies weight is water. If you do cardio work for an hour a day along with stretching and healthy eating, this should be a very attainable goal.

Our bodies digest carbohydrates for the first 15 minutes of a workout then fats for the next 45 minutes. This gives us an hour, at a cardiovacular rate, that we are burning off unwanted materials from our bodies.

Your diet for the week shouldn’t be filled with lots of fruits, since some fruits are high in sugars. A healthy amount of these is needed, however, to promoted the lean muscle to keep off the weight. Turkey, chicken, and poultry will add protein which will make you gain muscle mass. Fish is a healthy source of protein that has a low fat content. Try to adjust what you eat, stay away from soda, carbonated drinks of all type and even coffee.

Well, I started dieting. But I ate good things like: grilled instead of fried chicken, steamed vegetabless, fruit. And I started working out too. I would ride my bike, run and go to the gym. So, I lost a total of 25 pounds 70 pounds. ( 5 stones ) and, that made me happy and got me to my PERFECT weight! So, keep going at your goal girl! And remember, its not all about exercise.

Book is nothing to do with the weight loss – That is meant for making money. All that is you consume vegitarian food and more fruits. Avoid fatty food including milk/yoghurt, Icecreams, junk food, Italian food.

If you are oversized walk and perspirate a lot, slowly jog and try skipping slowly. Incresae the distance and timing at least 2 times a week. So in the earlier stage you have to walk briskly for about 2 – 3 Km in 45 minutes. The distance will increase the time remains the same. So you are picking up speed. Once a week you note your exact weight in a chart and note what you were doing exactly. My wife, children and I walk and jog for about 75 minutes in the morning and 90 minutes in the evening. We are maintaining the perfect weight and energy. We are vegitarians. We enjoy our life without any health problems.

One important point:
Consult a phsician for your general health conditions.
Less Sugar and salt will be better for you

Well I started my weight loss exactly 1 year ago! I’ve tried to do it gradually so that my parents didn’t know and also so my skin wouldn’t sag!

I started off at an embarassing 14 stone 🙁
I now weight 12stone 3lbs.
Not a huge weight loss, but I’m slowly getting there and doing it healthily 🙂

When I feel like giving up I think about how far I’ve already come and what I will hopefully look like when I’ve finished!
In addition in watch videos on YouTube which show weight loss before and after videos. They are truely inspirational 🙂
