Is it just me, or are there a lot more weight loss programs now?
I think Tony Ferguson started it, and now every man and his dog has got a weight loss program involving substituting a meal replacement for a proper healthy meal.
I’m sure there were others before Tony Ferguson but they just seem to be more in your face now.
What do you think?

Its true. They have to make that money money money
So they supersize my meals and commercialize every Food Place I drive by everyday. Then they over advertise me with all these so called “wonderful” diets.
Those bastards.

anyone tried any good weight loss programs that really work?
There are so many different weight loss programs out there that all say they work but can anyone tell me honestly if any worked for them???

This isn’t a weight loss program, but I lost weight a lot of weight by eating the right foods and exercising.
-Avoid foods in saturated fat and added sugar
-Eat in your calorie range (you can google this)
-Exercise a few times a week whether it’s walking, jogging, running, biking, swimming, yoga, or playing a sport
-Keep active. Try taking the stairs instead of taking the elevator
-Don’t eat foods high in fat
-Make dinner and avoid going out to restaurants
-Skip dessert
-Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger meals
-Stay motivated
-Drink water

Which weight loss programs actually work?
I need to loose about 15 kilos I was thinking about taking weight loss pills to help me. What has worked for you? How much fitness and exercise do I need to do to loose this stomach fat I have?
