Does anybody know any raw food diet recipes?

My new years resolution was to lose some weight. I am 20 years old, 5’5 and 195 pounds. I used to run cross country in high school but gained a crap load of weight in college. Now I am trying to lose that weight with diet and exercise. But does anybody know any raw food diet dishes? This diet does not include raw meat (ew). It is raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts. I know a few reciped. One is how to make raw salsa. But does anybody know any other raw recipes? It would be much appreciated.

There is no need for recipes – just approximate ratios!! Aim to feed about 70-80% raw meat, 10-15% bones and 10-15% organ. This is not as complicated as it sounds as these amounts are fed over a week or two not every day.

Feed your pup about 2-3% of his projected adult weight from a wide variety of protein sources. My dogs and cats eat chicken, beef, lamb, pork, fish, eggs and kangaroo. I currently have a 4.5 month old SBT pup and she and the rest of her litter were weaned straight onto this diet. Today she had a chicken drumstick for breakfast and will be having kangaroo mince and lamb heart for dinner.

Start slowly with bone in chicken breast or quarters for a few weeks and then add one new thing once or twice a week once you know she is not reacting to anything.

I’m going on the Atkins diet soon and I’ve been looking at what I can and can’t eat. The price of food is going up in the UK anyway but if you’re eating lots of protein it’s going to be even more expensive. Can anyone suggest cheap protein or cheap recipes please? Many thanks

The incredible edible egg is always a good choice. Chicken thighs are better than breasts. Buy in bulk if you can.

Here is a wonderful low carb recipe site. Very few odd ingredients found here. Most recipes are done with whole foods found in any grocery store.

How can I effectivley lose quick weight for an occation three weeks away?

I really want to lose some quick weight for my birthday which is about three weeks away. I’m staying away from carbs, eating fruits and veggies and Boca Burgers, drinking diet pop and a lot of water and going on the treadmill for about 20 minutes a day. Is there anything else I could do and how much weight could I lose by February 8th if I do this?

Figure out how many calories you need to stay where you are right now, then cut 500-1000 from that. That’s all you can have every day. Space this out between 4-6 meals, eating every 3-4 hours. You can cheat one meal a week, but only one meal and be sure to really cheat when you do or you’ll try to make up for it with other meals. Make a calorie sheet and write down everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you eat or drink that has calories. Basically, everything except water. Make sure it adds up to whatever number you got earlier. Be sure to recalculate every few weeks as you lose weight.

Start running, swimming, biking, etc. Whatever you pick, do it 3-6x a week. Work up to 30+ minutes straight and don’t wuss out on the intensity.

If you can go to a gym, start a good weight training program as well. Every kilo of muscle you gain will burn another ~75 Calories a day, which really adds up. I’m not typing out an entire weight training program, as I can make a good $100-500 off that.

U only should lose like 10/15 lbs. Ur not that overweight. If u want to lose it quickly u can write out like a 800 calorie a day diet for urself but if u want to be really healthy u should only be losing like 4 lbs a week at the most.

Is 200 calories a day a dangerous way to lose weight quick?

I am about 15 lbs over weight and i need to lose it within 4-6 weeks.. sooo last time i went on a diet i did 400 cals a day lost the weight in 5 weeks then i added more calories every week until i stabilized my diet.. Now i would like to lose more and I cant seem to find the quickest way..

Very dangerous. Its a good start to having an eating disorder which can be hard to reverse. Shouldn’t take in less than 1200 cal a day

Has anyone got any good weight loss tips?

I’m a 18 year old girl, i’m 5ft 3″ tall and i weight 127lbs.
I was just wondering does anyone have any good advice as to how i can lose weight? I have cut down on the amount of fatty foods i eat and i’ve also started to excercise more, but was wondering if there was anything else i could do to help with my weight loss.
Any tips on how i could tone up my stomach a little would also be great. Thanks. 🙂

Do-
Have lots of fruit and veg
Have 3 servings a day of wholegrain carbs to keep your energy up
Have 3 servings of lean protein for organ repair.
Drink lots of water to stop yu feeling hungry

Dont have many crisps, cake, chocolate, soda or biscuits
Don’t cut out carbs as this is dangerous and means you’ll gain the weight straight back
Don’t panic if you give in to temptation. Just get back on track the next day.
Most importantly, don’t give up. It will work if you stick with it.

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet. Don’t add sugar to anything. Don’t eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc. Drink only bottled water. Eat very low or no-fat food. Don’t eat late at night. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON’T STARVE YOURSELF.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start. Find a sport that you like and stick with it.

easy weight loss for teens?

okay i am 16 and only 5 foot tall and i’m done growing. i’m about 135 lbs and i’m hoping to get to 115 or 120 does anyone know an easy and safe way to do this? any diets or exercises that work best?
idk if this matters but i do gymnastics and i have congenital scoliosis…pretty sure scoliosis won’t affect anything but idk lol

it will help me? he sounds very sincere when he speaks about it and he looks intelligent and I remember once he managed to hypnotise someone and they ate a raw onion, so I was thinking about ordering it as it he says ” its a revolutionary new way of life. Whether you want to control cravings or feel motivated to exercise” that is exactly what I want.

Why not give it a go…you’ve nothing to lose whilst wedged into your seat….only thing that I’d worry about is rubbing of your inner thighs when you answer the door to the postman. If worried…try some vaseline. Good luck!
