Does anyone know what the risks of taking diet pills are? Please don’t just say “they’re bad for you”, but are there any real reasons that you shouldn’t take them. Some web links would be great too.

Is it possible to lose weight without exercise and just “eating healthy”?

just curious. one of my friends is looking to lose weight this way, and i told her that she’s gonna have to exercise too in order to lose weight. since i am looking to drop some pounds myself, i wanted to know if you HAVE to exercise in order to a sufficient amount of weight. opinions?
if you eat a healthy, balanced diet, without any exercise, can you still drop pounds?

Yes – any way you can burn more calories than you take in for a long enought time frame, it will work. The main thing about exercise is that it makes the whole process happen much, much quicker.

Most people get frustrated and give up before just eating right will work AND if you starve yourself, you will lose muscle. That’s why sometimes even skinny people don’t look “tight”.

Reason why I said how to lose weight without much exercise because I have 2 years old daughter and Im full time mother and Im at home all the time. So I don’t have enough money to go to gym. Also If I go to ride bike or go for jog and I have nobody to watch her. I don’t eat too much but I eat normal and I have gain 10 pounds. What should I been eating more or less?

Cut back on calories. Normal calories for a woman is 1800 daily. U need to cut back to 1300-1500 or less, but dont go below 1000. Also if u cant leave to exercise then buy some dvds or vhs tapes and do them at home. While she is down for nap or occupied somewhere else. Ive seen some cheap ones at walmart or dollar stores if u cant afford the more expensive ones.

then the total weight loss will be displayed on the screen for each candidate

the user will be prompter by the question what is the weight loss for member 1, then 2 up to 5.

do i have to deckare member 1,2,3,4 and 5?

Looking for a Weight Loss per week calculator?

About 5 years ago I found this one website where you could plug in your sex, weight, height and current lifestyle. Then you could choose from a multitude of exercises (swimming, weight lifting, walking) and tell it how many minutes per week you would do that activity, then hit a calculate button and it would tell you how much weight you would drop per week by adding those activities to your daily lifestyle. Anyways the website rolled into the Oxygen website and I never did find it again. Anyone know of a similar website?

i want to lose weight easily, and i dont know how to. i play basketball volleyball and softball, but none of them seem to make me lose weight. i really really need to lose twenty pounds before christmass. well i want to get close to it at least. im actually pretty big though. i wear pant size of 11. what are some easy ways to lose weight that dont cost money and are sort of easy.

There is no easy way to lose weight, and you’d have to lose almost a pound a day to lose 20 before Christmas. What you NEED to do is accept your body for what it is. You’re still growing, and working THAT hard to lose weight isn’t healthy for you at this point in time. Just keep playing the sports you enjoy, and try to watch what you eat: don’t get pizza when you’re in line in the cafeteria, get up a little earlier to pack yourself a lunch with perhaps a sandwich with wheat bread, a fruit, a yogurt, a bit of string cheese, rice cakes with peanut butter, you have TONS of options.
