Any ideas on how to lose weight easily?

I have exams so i can’t go to the gym and i can’t stick to a diet,any ideas on how to lose weight? oh and any exercises i could do at home would be great?
i’ve tried chemical diet but i was all about grilled meat,chicken,hamburgers and fish and i got tired of grilled stuff thought the first two weeks i lost 6 kilos then the following week i didn’t lose ANY weight then the following one i lost 1 kilo then i didn’t lose ANY weight for two weeks so i stopped the diet then i gained most of the weight i’ve lost and it frustrating =( so i want to lose weight “happily” i don’t want grilled stuff i got tired of’em..thanks

What do you mean you can’t stick to a diet? That’s a load of malarkey I’m afraid. If you can’t stick to a diet and you can’t exercise, you can’t lose weight, simple as that. Just eat sensibly, it doesn’t have to be some crazy diet, just stop eating fatty stuff and sweets, and go jogging or even walking if you can’t jog yet.
If you eat sensibly and exercise at least 5 days a week for half an hour, then you will lose weight, it’s not difficult, it’s not complicated, it just takes a bit of discipline.

The ideal weight for a medium built woman 5 feet tall is 100 pounds. Add 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet tall and subtract 5 pounds for every inch below 5 feet tall. You can measure your wrist to determine if you have a small, medium or large frame. If your wrist measures exactly 6 inches you have a medium frame. If it measures under 6 inches you have a small frame and you should subtract %10 from the total to determine your ideal weight. If it is over 6 inches you have a large frame and you should add %10 to the total to determine your ideal weight.

The ideal weight for a medium built man at 5 feet tall is 106 pounds. Add 6 pounds for every inch over five feet tall. To determine a man’s frame size measure his wrist and if it is exactly 7 inches he has a medium frame and you do no need to adjust his weight anymore. If it is under 7 inches you have a small frame and subtract %10. If it is over 7 inches he has a large frame and you add %10 to find his ideal weight.

Since you are 4’11” and 110 pounds it seems you are close to your ideal weight depending on your wrist size. Measure your wrist following the above instructions to find what your frame size is. Ok, I am 13 years old and am about 5’4″. This is kinda sad, but, I weigh about 190 pounds. I need to lose as much weigh as I can in 4 weeks for the beginning of school. Is there anything I can do besides eating healthy foods (I do eat healty tho).

30 minutes of cardio a day at least, that is fast cycling fast walking or better swimming or running, the most weight you should lose is about 5 pounds in that time, eat lots of vedge and wholegrain, don’t starve yourself because you will start to crave bad foods, like if you see a chip shop or something like that you will feel a stronger need to have some than if you had eaten, so eat until you are not full anymore, goodluck, message me if you need more advice, i found a video for you, only listen to some of this stuff, since it’s for older people but it has some good basics for your age

My wife used to tell me how much I would have to exercise in order to burn off what I was eating. We have to burn 3500 calories in order to lose one pound no matter what foods we eat! Do little spurts of exercise throughout the day if you can’t do it all at once. Run in place while you are on the phone or drying your hair; do leg lifts while you are cooking; swing one arm while you are using the other one, etc.

I can give you some tips about weight loss and exercise that I know to be effective. With the following tips you should lose 1-2 pounds or more depending on your level of exercise. Remember it is not good to lose weight too fast because if you lose the weight fast, you will gain it back fast as well.

Here are some tips and guidelines for weight loss:

You should first calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) and your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). These are two important tools that will become the foundation of any healthy diet plan. I will include links below for you to do this.

In case you don’t know, your BMI determines if you are in a healthy weight range and allows you to set goals for how much weight you should lose to achieve that healthy weight loss goal. Your BMR tells you the amount of calories you need daily to MAINTAIN your current body weight. You should try to cut that number down by 500-1000 calories depending on what the original number is. Remember males should not go below 1500 calories a day and females should not go below 1200 calories a day.

The most important thing is to make sure that you eat plenty of foods that are high in fiber and low in fat, sugar, sodium, and calories. You want to avoid foods that are overly processed and filled with additives. Foods such as that have little nutritional value and can hinder weight loss.

You should aim to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. This helps to keep your body flushed, prevent water retention, and aid in weight loss.

You also asked for tips or little tricks, I have one that is proven effective when at big meals. Imagine that you have a peace sign on your plate. In the smaller parts of the peace sign you put your lean proteins and carbs. In the larger portion of the peace sign you put your vegetables. Using this method will prevent you from over eating and will guarantee you have a well balanced meal.

You may also want to take a daily multivitamin to ensure that you are taking in enough of the vitamins and minerals your body needs.

In addition, the experts recommend that you get at least thirty minutes of physical activity on most days of the week.
