Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Robert asks…

So is it impossible for me to lose weight?

My mother is morbidly obese and members of her family are overweight. I have been exercising recently and eating better. Some people tell me they notice a difference, but I don’t. I truly am frightened by all this recent research that seems to suggest that obesity is genetic and if your family is fat you cannot possibly lose weight. I would like to hear some personal experiences and stories about fat families and weight loss attempts(some successes, I hope). It’s greatly appreciated.

My dad has 6 other siblings, and they are all overwight, including my dad too, and their parents were crazy overweight too. On top of that, they are ALL diebetics, so if being fat is genetic then i have to worry about being stuck fat AND becomming a dietbetic. I have recently started to eat healthy and exercise for an hour every day, and it’s worked for me. I’ve lost 20 lbs in the past month and a half. The reason why you probably don’t notice your own weightloss is because you see yourself everyday so much, where others don’t so they see the changes. Eventually when you’ve lost a fair amount, even you’ll start to notice.

Some people don’t even notice they’ve lost weight until one random day they realise their inner thighs don’t rub together when they walked (i don’t know if you have that problem, i sure do). If you need like a meal plan or any extra help you can email me. I’ve learned a LOT since i started losing weight.

Linda asks…

Have you ever lost weight fast with exercise?

what are your success stories?
I am going to start exercising al ot!!!!!!

Have you ever had a drastic weight loss in a pretty short amount of time just by doing exercise?
How much did you lose, what time frame, and what exercises did you do?

weight loss cardiff answers:

Fast is a concept that can change between perspectives, in general I would say: Yes, it was kind of fast, but most accurate I was in shape, it depends on which are your goals, for me it was to feel healthy, to feel fit, and actually to look different, so the weight was a plus.

When you focus on “loose weight fast” usually I have found more hard to achieve it. As well as exercising a lot, I would choose to exercise exactly what I want to improve, is not that you have to make a lot, just ask to experts what do you need to do πŸ™‚

I would recommend you more than just make a lot of exercise, to also go to the dietist, where you will achieve the goal to “loose weight” but to shape your body too, in a healthy way and a durable one too.

Joseph asks…

Best way to lose some weight?

I need to lose about 70 pounds. I’ve tried alot. Working out, eating less, eating smaller meals but more frequently, not hardly eating at all and still I can’t lose any weight. What am I doing wrong? Its also hard for me to diet cause im lactose and tolerant and im also a very picky eater so im pretty limited on foods to eat. What are some good weight loss tips? Best exercises to do? Any success stories, any advice is greatly appreciated!

weight loss cardiff answers:

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
