Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Donald asks…

What are some really easy weight loss tips?

OK well I’m 14, about 5 foot 2 inches, and about 40 ponds overweight. I want to try to slim some of it off before school starts, but I don’t have access to gym equipment or anything. I can go for long walks/jogs, and I can change my diet, but what are some easy tips to help me get started?

Also, how can I distract myself when I get hungry and want to eat?

U must have at least ine dumbell or some kind of weight right, get it..lie flat on a bench with your head at the end of the bench..lie very calm..take the weight..hold it above your head with ur elbows straight..your arms should be vertically uprigh..you should hold the weight with both ure hands…once u do that..keeping ur arms straight and elbow straight, slowly move the weight to behind ur head..like a 90 degree angle with ur arms still being straight..keep moving back and forward…does wonders to ur chest

for ur abdomen, lie flat on the ground, your arms should go whilst keeping them flat and straight on the ground..hold onto something with ur arms and slowly try lifting ur legs off the ground..slowly lift it and then bring it back down..keep doing it till u are tired:P like before, does wonders

tip:dont expect rapid results..you will see gradual changes:)

whenever u see food, think of ur prom dress:P haha and good luck:D

You will need to combine a diet with a weight loss exercise plan. Before starting a weight loss exercise program, you should take on board some basic principles:

1. Have a check up with your local doctor.

The majority of people wanting to begin a good and long term weight loss exercise program will not have to visit their doctor before starting their weight loss program. But for those people who suffer from an existing medical condition like high blood pressure, you are advised to go and see your doctor before undertaking a weight loss exercise program.

2. Choose an activity that you enjoy.

You have to enjoy the type of exercise you choose for your weight loss exercise program, otherwise you will probably give up your weight loss program in a short space of time. Also remember every little bit of exercise helps.

Making small changes to your daily activities will play a huge role in your weight loss program:

* Try taking a walk around the block after you eat lunch * Take the stairs to your office rather than the elevator

* Get the bus to stop one stop from your intended destination and walk the rest of the way

* when using your car park a couple of blocks further away and walk

* if the weather is good get out in the garden and pull some weeds

3. A successful weight loss exercise program will include plenty of variety

A good weight loss program must include a variety of exercises and routines.

This can be achieved by using the weight loss routine below as an example:

* Lifting weights on Mondays and Wednesdays

* Going for a run in the park on Tuesdays and Thursdays

* Going to the pool for a swim on Fridays and Sundays

By adding variety to your weight loss exercise program you will be more motivated to stick with the program. As an added bonus you will also be working a greater range of muscles. Try to stick to your weight loss program so that it becomes a regular part of your routine. The more regular your weight loss routine the more permanent the fat loss you will achieve. You will also notice your strength and flexibility improve as part of the benefits of a regular weight loss program.

Anyone know a quick easy weight loss plan?

I have been trying to lose weight for a month now and am not seeing any results. I would like to lose 30 to 40 lbs by February. I know that sounds a little unrealistic but thats my goal. Anyone know and easy diet plans that wont blow my wallet?
Thanks for your answers guys, I found a great one on Web MD. Its called the 3 day diet. Awfully fierce but you only do it 3 days at a time. Again Thankyou for your answers!

I’ve recently lost 65lbs since April 9 doing the following:

Do not eat over 2000 calories. Make your calories count. 2000 is a lot believe it or not. I kept my food intake as fat free as possible. And here is the kicker for true success…get a diet journal and write what you eat down. You’ll be amazed of how easy it is.

Staple foods with this plan is a lot of chicken breast. Vegetables in the frozen section have a lot to offer that are very low calorie. Snack items…sugar free jello gelatin, sugar free jello pudding. Fresh fruit. 100 calorie snack packs make it easy to keep track.

I lost 21lbs my first month by doing the above and I did not exercise at all. Your weight loss does slow down after this initial period so incorporating some sort of physical activity is essential if you really want to kick it up a notch.

Hang in there and don’t give up. Good luck
