and ive always wondered will they work?
I would like to lose atleast 5 pounds in a week(:

Move more, eat less. Unless you did something like the cabbage soup diet you could probably only lose about 1-2 pounds a week. Do simple things like switching to water in stead of soft drinks. I lost 5 pounds in a month just from that. I lost 15 in a month once I started playing Dance Dance Revolution. I hate exercise so I try to do something fun. Go for walks or ride a bike.

Eat three meals per day, at the same time each day. Eat breakfast for sure. If you spread your meals out evenly between the day, you will be less hungry for the next meal and won’t overeat.

Drink lots of water- helps break down the food
