Your Question About Easy Weight Loss

Linda asks…

How to lose weight easily?

So I’m 14, 15 in march.
I’m 5’7 and about 155-160 pounds.
My weight is mostly in my thighs and butt and some in my stomach and upper arms.
I work out for two hours every two days.
How do I lose weight a little more quickly and KEEP it off? I really want to be 130-135 pounds by the end of the school year.

How to lose weight fast and easily?

I am the laziest, most unhealthy ( like i eat junk food every day) person ever. Or at least in the top ten. I am 13 and want to lose weight at least ten pounds by the time school starts. My school (private school) starts september 5th or something. What do i do thats easy, maybe fun, and will help me lose weight fast.

I am a 13 year old 5 foot 4 inch 125 pound girl. my birthday is last day of August so im practically 14

weight loss cardiff answers:

As a 13 year old weighing approx 125lbs based on a BMI calculation you are not significantly overweight. A person of your respective age and height should be at a weight range somewhere between the 100-120 category. Not to fret there are many ways someone your age can lose weight and feel better/ healthier overall, some ways are…

– If your not into being physically active, try and get at the very minimum at least an hour of exercise each day however you want to do it, walk your dog, ride a bike, go for a swim, go for a hike, jog, skip, etc.
– Eat healthy, avoid sugary things ie. Ice cream, candy, chips, bars sugary juices and sodas etc. Stick to natural home cooked meals and snacks. If you can microwave it chances are its not healthy. Good meals and snacks consist of fruits vegetables whole grains unprocessed meats etc. Try not to buy your lunches at school or your dinners at restaurants.
– Join a sport or club. School sports are very worthwhile for staying healthy, however you can also join sports/clubs within your community like soccer, karate, boxing, etc.

Whatever you try and do to be healthier stick to it! Not only is having a few extra pounds on unappealing for your own self image.. It can result in lack of self confidence, depression and often leads to obesity later in life.

how to lose weight easily?

im15,a girl,156 centimeters and weigh 143 lbs.im overweight.is there any easy way to lose weight easily?like drinking cold water(helps to burn calories).i dont want acai berry.

weight loss cardiff answers:

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
