Im 13 5’9 and 72 Kg

Iv’e recently started the ABC diet,and its going pretty well.
Any tips on how to loose weight even faster though?
Im aiming to be 110-115 by August.
Iv’e already lost 5 pounds and its been 2 days since iv’e started…

Find out how many calories you need
Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low.

Watch for Portion Size
One serving of pasta means 1/2 cup of cooked pasta. However, most restaurants serve a pasta dish with 4 servings of pasta!!! You do not need to finish and clean off the plate every time. You can simply ask to take home the leftover.

Do not Skip Meals

Don’t be overly-restrictive
Everyone has his or her favorite treats. Simply allow yourself a little indulgence, but watch out for the frequency and the quantity. Having a small treat once in a while can be rewarding to your weight loss experience. Cutting too much of your favorite treats usually lead to an early relapse.

Understand Food Claims and Labels
A product labeled with a fat-free claim does not mean that it is low in calories. Similarly a product labeled as low-sugar or low-carb does not mean it is low in fat or calories. Always read the nutrition label on the packaging.

Watch for the sugary drinks
Juices, soda, cream & sugar in your coffee or tea all add up. Opt for drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. In addition to providing hydration to your body, it will also help you feel full.

Keep a food journal
Keeping a food journal helps you pin point your eating pattern and will enable you to easily modify it. If possible, have your Registered Dietitian review your journal.

Exercise, period
Most authorities recommend 30 – 60 minutes of physical activity a day to stay healthy. Also try adding weight-bearing exercises at least 2 times a week. This will help burn some of the unwanted calories.

You can eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want; just don’t eat the other things.
This diet may be too low-calorie to sustain long term. You should only do it for the suggested 10 days.
The weight that you lose is likely to be only water weight. You will probably gain the weight back when you return to your normal eating habits.

easy weight loss tips?

Let’s start off with the basics, shall we?
I’m thirteen years old. Fourteen in August.
I am 5’7- maybe a little over. Not 5’8 yet though.
And I weight about 135 lbs, give or take.
In the past few years, I’ve lost a lot of weight. I never tried to, but I just started eating a little less. I was a chubby kid. I didn’t intentionally try to slim down, it just happened.
So now I have a jaw bone and collar bone and its easy to find clothes. Usually a medium or size 5/6. I had a dress that the girl suggested to get a size small in, but it was a little tight, so I went with the medium. I’m just trying to give an overview of myself.
Anyways, I know a lot of people would say ‘You don’t need to lose weight, you’re great how you are!” But this is about me. My personal feelings towards myself. I’d like to lose some weight this summer. Maybe get down to a solid 130, or even 125. I’m aiming for a stomach that’s somewhat flat…
I’m not muscley, in case you’re wondering if that’s where some of the weight comes from. I’ve never been an athletic person. I was more into art and reading. Therefore, its difficult for me to just go outside and burn off a bunch of calories. The cravings, the exercise, its all really hard to adjust to without any plan. And I don’t want my mother to know I’m trying to lose weight, because she’ll get really worried. I’m not planning on stick-thin-model extreme dieting. Don’t worry. I know that’s unhealthy.

So I’m just wondering if any of you have easy tips on how to start losing weight? I don’t really want some 30-day diet plan. I just want tips on how to fight the cravings, and easy ways to excersise gradually, and anything that’ll help me. The big thing here is that it needs to be easy, convenient, and effective.

Congratulations on losing the weight you already have! It sounds like you are at a good weight right now. So, focus on eating healthy several times a day. You must remember to eat regularly or your body will think its starving and will greatly slow down your metabolism–its a survial thing that goes back to primitive man. Have a glass before eating a meal. It will fill you up and you will eat less. Consider walking as an easy exercise. Size 5/6 is a good size. Being skinny is NOT a goal. Being healthy IS. By exercising 5 times a week (start with walking for 15 min. — that’s 7 min. One direction, then turning around and coming home, then get a drink of water) and choosing healthy foods 98% of the time it’s ok to have a treat once in a while. Water is definitately much better to drink, even over diet sodas & fruit juices. Get your fruit & vegetables by eating the whole variety. Read the labels, just because an item states its low in calories does not make it healthy. You must watch sugar (artificial as well as corn syrup) and fats. Focus on getting healthy & any fat will melt away. You can check out the web to find some specific exercises that don’t require purchasing equipment that will help you tighten up your stomach if it really bothers you. Any muscles you will help raise your metabolism which will also help burn fat. One website I like is written by a Nutritionist, Leanne Ely. Her recipes are easy and tasty and really varied. What is a quick and easy way to lose weight quickly but not have to spend money or go on extreme diets? I am going to camp in a few weeks and I don’t want to look really fat.

I think weight loss is the easiest thing if you follow relible diet regimen and if you have the mind to lose weight.

Congrats for your decision to look better and to take life in your hands.

Now about weight loss. You have to do 2 things:

I like this diet plan because it is healthy and balanced, you eat only goods foods and don’t experience any cravings.

Now about quick – it is possible to lose 1-2 pounds per week but only if you eat good and exercises regularly – this is the only winning combination.

Now about easy – ones you have the proper motivation it could be easy, but if you think “I don’t want to workout, why I have to limit myself to these foods..” – it will be hard.
