I have gained 40 pounds in three years and it has taken a toll. I need a healthy way that I can lose 25 pounds in 3 months. I know the key stuff, eating right and exercising. Have others tried something else that has promoted weight loss?

Steroids do exactly what your bodies natural hormones do (only to a greater extent). They help build muscle and burn fat. By eating right a person can get very similar results to mild steroids. You need to get enough good fats because they are responsible for the production of anabolic hormones like testosterone and growth hormone. If you eat to many carbs (especially bad ones) you will greatly suppress the release of these hormones due to elevated insulin levels. However, if you spike your insulin levels a couple times a week now that you have elevated hormones (due to replacing some carbs with good fats), it can be very anabolic. It might be a good idea to include in your essay what a person could do to increase their natural anabolic hormones, because when you eat an anabolic diet it blows away any supplement, period. Other than steroids of course, but they are harmful if used long term.

oh, and I don’t want to lose mass amounts of weight. I’m only looking to lose 10 pounds. I know if you lose like, 25+ then your breasts would shrink. I’m wondering about smaller-scale weight loss

You can’t control where you lose the weight, naturally women and will lose weight from the breast no matter what same with their butt bc thats where most of their fat is at. Also diet supplements dont work you need to just work out hard and eat right. Burn more than you eat
