Does marijuana help you lose weight if you ignore the munchies?

I smoke weed every day and these past three months I’ve been getting the munchies really bad and I pig out, and I’ve gained weight. I heard that if you control your munchies and don’t eat while you’re high that you lose wight because when you’re high it speeds up your metabolism, and also when you work out while you’re high you lose weight quicker ? is it true? any suggestions for loosing weight and keep smoking?

Okay so I’ll wake up at 6:00 in the morning & go run 3 miles. Then I come back home & do about an hour of strength training exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, planks, leg lifts, dumb bells, etc) After all that just go on with my day & try to remain moderately active. Also if I cut back on soda, will I lose weight?
Does wrapping my body in saran wrap help me lose weight quicker?

How can i lose weight so that it shows?

I’m not over or under weight but I’m not satisfied with my weight. I attend the gym minimum of 4 times a week and i don’t OVER eat ever, but my figure just isn’t what i wanted it to be. I’m quite short so keeping my weight on track is an issue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can develope a nice figure and lose weight quicker?
